The information on the receipt that was given was not fitting for the place. The address and title Holiday Inn did not match. The shuttle number for after you collect your badge was not operating. I had to Google Holiday Inns and pray that I was getting the correct one that my vehicle was parked at. The shuttle service area was poorly described in the reservation. Also the signs for a huge airport and separate area than regular pick up was not clear at the airport.

Horrible experience! When I booked it said 24hr shuttle service then the receipt said only 5am-10pm. We arrived (very easy to find and lot was nice) I called the number on the receipt as instructed a gentleman answered "hello" I explained why I was calling and he clearly was sleeping and kept asking me the same questions. We finally went into the hotel and asked the lady inside she said yes he will be right with you. The driver picked us up in a mini van that looked like it came from the junk yard. He was definitely high on weed and possibly intoxicated. When we returned our flight was delayed and we got to the shuttle area at 9 pm I called the number on the receipt again and no one answered after multiple times I called the hotel and the girl stated they will be there in 30 mins. So we waited and 30 mins passed I called again another girl answered and said oh sorry he will be there in 20 mins. So finally he picked us up at 10 pm. We waited an hour. The driver was nice and apologized. I would not recommend.

The shuttle schedule is every hour. It's a very inconvenient schedule and hard to communicate with the driver.

Lot is a rough uneven gravel area. We were able to take the shuttle whenever we were ready. Good option for a low price

This parking service was easy to use and a great value compared to Airport Parking costs. The shuttle that picked us up at the airport at the end of our trip was too small for the number of people being picked up and the wait time was almost an hour from the time that we called. We will use this service again when flying out of Chicago O'Hare in spite of these small inconveniences.

Shuttle service vehicles poor condition poor cleanliness!

Upon arrival the "owner" was not going to let me park, said "we are full..when did you reserve", he had a print out of my reservation. He finally let me park...in a construction site. Said there would be no shuttle on our return. We definitely not park here again!

Excellent option, information on shuttle is not clear enough, on the way back if you pick the std Holiday Inn Express airport shuttle you will be taken to a different one, this one you need to call direct to Hotel front desk as the telephone provided on service confirmation nobody answers. Once I waited and called to ask, a person came to pick me up at once, not a STD shuttle you expect but good enough to take you back to the Hotel parking. Once knowing how this option works this is a really good one.

This was the first (and last) time I used them for parking. There appears to be one shuttle which runs pretty infrequently. One sliding door was broken when we departed, and same condition on return forcing passengers to pack together in the van. For being called Holiday Inn Express O'Hare, its location in Bensonville Il means it is a LONG ride to and from O'Hare. On at least one leg of the trip the driver didn't wear a mask so passengers rolled the windows down in the small van to get some air circulation. Undoubtedly our worst experience using offsite parking for O'Hare over the many years we have used that airport.

Book the reservation online but when you arrive you have to find a desk clerk and forward your email to them. Then you have to fill out paperwork with the information you should have done online. Then you have to fill out 2 park permits. One for the hotel and one to put in your car. Buried in the fine print the shuttle only departs every hour on the hour. The. When you return you call them and then wait for the shuttle. Took 45 minutes till they got us.

Plan about 15 mins for an Uber to get to ohare We didn’t use the shuttle but we were told it would be there 15 mins past the hour and it wasn’t when we left

the ride to the airport was over booked we ultimately ended up sitting on each others laps ,the ride from the airport upon return was worse . when we called the shuttle service at 2:50 we were told the shuttle would be there at 3:15 , and not on the hour, (as advertised) so we didn't need to run through the airport to catch a 3:00 shuttle. when the shuttle driver did arrive around 3;15-3;20 in a beat up van he said he didn't have enough room for my wife and I and anther couple so he would drop off the people already in the van and come back 5 minutes later. 15 minutes went by, now 3;35 and I called the phone # and was told another full sized shuttle was being dispatched because we had to much luggage ? we each had one bag of luggage ?? ultimately we got picked up around 3:45-3:50 p.m. and not 3:00 as expected.

Hotel was easy to find, drivers for the shuttle were nice

Our driver was professional and got us to and from the airport quickly and it was a great experience!
