Please proceed directly to the hotel lobby to check in upon arrival. (Please note: Guests parking outside of standard shuttle operating hours are welcome to do so, but must independently arrange and cover the cost of alternative transportation, such as Uber or Lyft).

Direct and convenient. Our complimentary shuttle to O’Hare Airport operates daily from 5:00 AM to 9:30 PM, departing the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. Please plan your schedule accordingly, as the final shuttle leaving for the airport departs promptly at 9:30 PM.

Return
Upon your return to O’Hare, there is no need to call the hotel—simply head straight to the designated pickup point. Return shuttles operate until 10:00 PM with pickups located at Terminal 2, Lower Level, Arrivals Door 2C. Shuttles typically arrive at the airport around :20 and :50 past the hour, though times may vary slightly based on traffic or weather conditions.

Fine Enough

Parking here is slightly less than parking at the cheapest lot at the O’Hare airport. Moving forward, I wouldn’t park here again. I would just park at O’Hare since it’s more convenient. The hotel shuttle will not drop you off at terminal 5, it only picks up at terminal 2, and the way of exiting the parking lot needs to be improved as a couple of the exits we attempted to go through did not accept our ticket.

Best Value Parking

We use this dependable shuttle -park & fly for all our trips. Easy to drive to. Always parking spots. Shuttle service is at most a 30 min wait if you just miss the pick up. No need to call as it runs on a regular schedule leaving hotel on the hour & half hour. Airport is quarter & 3/4 hour. After you load your car -you scan the ticket and are on your way home. So easy!! Love this process.

Checkin around the hotel lobby is really tight for a 1500, but once you get into the lot, it's okay. Shuttle was right on time, drivers professional and friendly.

Good price. Need to make it clear in your email you have to get your ticket validated at the hotel desk. Very frustrating to get to the lot and your car in the garage then try to leave and have to park and go back in, then back to the car. Especially after a long day of travel.

This is our go to place for parking when we are flying out of Ohare. Easy access with great parking options. Smooth process. The shuttle leaves every 30 min & picks up at Terminal 2 every 30 minutes. No need to call it comes as scheduled.
