Overall the service was satisfactory. To and from the airport was also satisfactory. I will recommend this lot to my colleagues and friends!

Small lot very congested. Didn’t like the fax that you had to leave your keys.

I was very happy we parked here. Customer service was great. We did not wait long at all for the shuttle. And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely park here again

Would use again when flying out of ORD

The lot was really rough, I was nervous about leaving my car with them. The shuttle driver who took me to the airport drove recklessly and shattered one of the wheels on my luggage so there was a hole in the corner. Then the company acted like they wouldn't take responsibility. Then, when I was returned to my vehicle, they hadn't shut the drivers door all the way and it was running so a stranger could have ealsiy taken it from their lot before we arrived.

Very nice people, great price and location. Will use them again.

When we dropped our car off, it was raining; and cars were backed up into the street. A manager soon arrived, and to his credit, he got things moving quickly. We were quickly taken to the airport. We were picked up almost immediately, so the shuttle service was good. We gave the shuttle driver a $5 tip, and he helped us to our car with our luggage and even loaded it for us. The only bad thing was a very small scratch that was new on the passenger door.

First time using the lot. Lot was easy to find, right by the traffic light. Pull into the fenced yard, park at the office. You pay when you arrive, no hidden fees at the end of the trip. Staff gets the keys, asks when you return so they have your vehicle staged. Van promptly took us to our gate at the airport. Upon return, we retrieved our bags, made our way to Terminal 2 lower level as previously directed, and called them. Voicemail box full, click. Called right back, and they answered on the first ring. We told them who we were, confirmed what we were driving, and our current location. Van promptly arrived in 15 minutes, our bags were loaded and we were off. We arrived back to a pre-cooled running vehicle, staged to pull out the gate. On a humid 95F day, getting back to a pre-cooled car was a bonus. Staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this parking arrangement.

First time using Pride Airport Parking. Decent Experience. Drop off was a breeze. Pick up wait was minimal. Car was easily accessible and we were off in no time. Convenient location to O'Hare.

The representative at the front desk was very helpful when we dropped off our vehicle. He explained the process upon our return and reaching out for the shuttle. The shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport, wasn’t very polite and wanted us to send just the drivers to get the vehicles and return without bringing the group

The shuttle service was excellent. They took us to the airport as soon as we arrived. We only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, and we were quickly returned to our car.

The lot is close to O'Hare. The shuttle truly is 24/7. The lot is constantly monitored and very well organized. We always try to book with Pride when flying out of ORD.

Book elsewhere, horrible service and staff is so incredibly rude with horrible attitude that not only did I regret booking, I was fearful about mine and my childs safety. Booked online when I arrived the paid amount was adjusted and increased as the booking said 7pm to 7pm and I was there a 5pm. Over a $100 difference while I booked to save money I end paying more. Second....after arriving back from international flight I waited almost 1 hour before being picked up. Called 3 times and the driver was the most impolite person I have ever encountered, I even voiced that when he showed up that there was no need for the nasty attitude. Arriving home from a international trip that you have been traveling for 10 hours it is absolutely the worst to be placed with a company like this. He made a side comment about how I should "tip" for help with bags for myself and child (he never helped with any bags, he swerved all over the road taking calls and was a horrible driver on the way to the airport) When arriving back to the junkyard looking lot he went directly inside not opening the backdoor for our luggage side door to let myself or child out. Dark lot with with a child and a clearly unhinged person after a long travel was incredibly scary and would not recommend. Nothing about this parking place I would ever recommend for anyone to use. Terrible service, does not deliver on paid agreement and had the audacity to comment on tip. Unsafe for women and children and would not recommend.

Our car was ready, waiting and warm when we got back. That was a plus.

Took a 2 week trip to Japan. Rates extremely reasonable. Dropped off car and had lovely shuttle service to O'hara. Driver helped with luggage. When we got back to O'hara phone for shuttle service. They were at the airport in a matter of minutes and when we got back to the lot out car was ready and waiting for us right up front. This will be my go to airport parking spot from here on out. Highly recommend.
