Any Ford F250 or higher models, Chevy Silverado 2500 or larger, GMC Sierra 2500 or larger, Ram 2500 or larger, Ford Transit van, 12 or 15 passenger vans, commercial vehicles, are all considered oversize vehicles. This list may not list all oversized vehicles so it is important for customers to call to verify. Also any hitches, bike racks or cargo trays on the backs of the vehicles are recommended to be removed

You may get a receipt upon leaving that is a different amount than what you initially paid. Disregard it. The prepaid amount is correct.

This worse service I got off my flight at 9:00 pm I text on the website never came to pick us up we waited from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am no one still did not come we also called waited on the phone for over a hour still didn't pick us up this was the worse service we had to pay cab service over $60 to pick us up at the airport and take us to our car when we got to route we ask them why we didn't get picked up they told us there not shuttling very bad experience never again will I use them I call this morning to complain they told me I couldn't complain to them I have go online very sad

Extra charge for 6 hour delay

Usually have good service out of this location but it wasn't the case this time. My flight was delayed so I arrived 6 hours later than the scheduled pick up time. They charged me $27 for the 6 hour delay. Not a good experience after a long day of travel.

Safe and 90% Efficient!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Routes Airport Parking. Upon arrival, the person I talked to was helpful and accommodating. There was no hassle or waiting around - we parked the car, handed over the keys, and got directly onto a shuttle to the airport. The driver had a Christian radio station playing and we loved that! When we returned, we had clear directions on how we would be picked up by the shuttle. We had about a 5 minute wait for the shuttle to arrive and were swiftly transported back to the parking lot. The only negative experience was waiting in line to get our keys back. They had one line for both car rental and parking. It would be much more efficient to have a separate line for key pick up as we had to wait 30 minutes just to get our keys. Otherwise, all staff were kind and helpful.

Not sure what to think.

I parked here for 3 days. When I am at home I am someone who goes for a week at a time or 3 or 4 days at a time without driving/starting my car. This happens a lot and my car never has never had a dead battery. When I went to pick my car up the battery was dead. When it got jumped and started nothing was on that would have caused a dead battery so I don't know why the battery was dead and what it means but it kind of freaks me out. Why would my car never be dead at home but was dead there? Did they switch out my battery or do something to my car? The employee was very nice and very helpful in getting it started but?

Desk representatives could be friendlier

My car was parked and was still there when I came back. Shuttle drivers were helpful and shuttle service was timely. Getting picked up is a bit of a pain, but that is an O'Hare thing, this company has no choice. I couldn't get them to answer the phone the couple times I called, and I thought the desk people weren't really friendly, but they were relatively efficient.

Better than airport parking

Great experience except it is a journey to get to the shuttle depending on which terminal you arrive. I arrived in the furthest terminal from the shuttle so it was a long walk and train ride to get there. Otherwise everything was great, just plan for extra time to get to the shuttle

Route parked our vehicle for nine days. When we returned the vehicle was undamaged. The checkin process was uncomplicated. Finding the shuttle pick up point, upon return, was quite complicated even with the written instructions they provided.

Only one issue.....

Waited 40 minutes after requesting shuttle by website, then called the phone number was on hold for 10 minutes. Operator returned to tell me she's sending a shuttle. At this time it went from 3 customers waiting to approximately 13-15. 10 minutes later a mini-van shows up.

Routes

I have used Routes many times because of their proximity to O’Hare airport and their 24 hour shuttle. When trying to pick up my car after a 10 day trip I waited for almost 45 minutes for my car. Seems that they had it parked in the wrong spot- not the one shown on the parking slip. Then had to wait longer because my car was parked behind a car with a manual transmission & they had to find someone who knew how to drive it to n get it out of the way of my car!
