NO SHUTTLE AVAILABLE
Booked this hotel due to having an airport shuttle. When we arrived, was told that they ended they ended their shuttle service 2 days ago. No one called me about this so we could cancel the reservation and find other arrangements. Ended up spending an extra $110 to get transportation to and from the airport. Very angry at the whole situation!

Very bad experience
Hotel shut down two days after our 25 parking stay. Our car was abandoned in an empty parking lot for 13 days and no shuttle to pick us up! We received no phone call or email prior warning us. Dreadful experience.

O'Hare Parking
Check-in for parking was quick and easy. The parking lot is big, and the shuttle is good. I would park there again.

It was fair price and close to the airport
The price was fair to park daily, I parked my car for 18 days. The best part is they also have a shuttle to and from the airport but last pick up is at 10.30 to 11. You have to call them once you are ready to be pick up and takes at least 15 to 20 mins to arrive. Driver is friendly.

A Solid Low-Cost Option
Was great! A little far from airport, shuttle drivers very prompt and friendly (though you can wait up to 25 mins), excellent service at BW. No security in the parking lot, but parked near the hotel entrance for ease of mind. Would do this again.

O’hare parking
First time I ever use this place, and it is worth every penny. You can save a lot for leaving your car in this place and shuttle is provided. I would highly recommend Best western for parking your car whenever you fly out of ORD.

No shuttle
There was no shuttle from 11pm till 7am so we had to uber to and from the airport. I saw that in the description but assumed we just would have to call to get picked up. So it’s only a park and ride during the day. We ended up paying way more because we basically paid $90 to park and then had to pay $65 to uber to and from the airport. Won’t be parking here again.

So easy to be better
First time using Best Western OHare. Overall happy with the experience. On return from Europe we called and were told 15 minutes for pick up. 40 minutes later I called again and was told “he should be there now “ as the shuttle was pulling in. If the shuttle was going to be later, just tell us!
