We waited over 45 minutes to get our shuttle that had a paper taped to the windshield that said Marriott Suites O’Hare that you could hardly see. My husband almost cut his hand and leg on the missing seat belt latch right behind the driver with metal protruding. The doors didn’t’t fully shut as the lights never went off and there was rattling from the doors. We hoped our luggage didn’t fall out. Very disappointed as we have used this hotel shuttle many times and have never experienced this poor quality vehicle and the amount of waiting time.

This location is close to O’Hare and conveniently located off the expressway. Would definitely use them again.

I've used your service twice and so far everything was fine. Customer service was friendly and very polite. The shuttle was great as well. I would use this service again.

Worked great, Shuttles were right on time !!!

To the Airport - timely, pleasant. Everything just fine. Return - Total 50 minute wait time. Driver passed the first time at 20 minutes even though 10 minutes were promised. Took another 30 minutes to get back. When we complained the driver (Robert) asserted he had done his job - not particularly pleasantly. We called a total of 3 times during the time frame and another couple who came up after us called twice wondering about the delay.

Very convenient!! Nice and close to airport. Everything went nice and smooth. Will definitely be using it again!!

Use this location for 10 days and get location is great for parking. The shuttle service was awesome on both ways and quick. I will continue using this location in the future

Will not use this parking option again….. last time and this time we waited over 45 minutes to be picked up. Based on there web site you should never wait that long. Shuttle driver clearly does not like his job.

Upon return I arrived at designated pick up location at 9:35 a.m Tuesday May 17th. Well In time for the 9:45 shuttle. It never arrived so I along with others waited 40 minutes or more for the 10:15 shuttle to arrive Upon arriving the driver simply said he comes every 30 minutes , other than that everything was good , the driver was fine the shuttle van was clean ,

Staff was slow and process frustrating on arrival to get a yellow card that then didn't work at the end anyway. Bus drop off great, pick up was slow even when we called. Took longer than customs. Then machine tried to charge us over $450 for parking. Not a great system but worked for our week being gone.

Great experience, easy to find. Shuttle service was quick and convenient. Had no issues!
