Shuttle Information
Arrival
Please allow about 30 minutes to park and ride the shuttle to the airport. When you arrive, proceed through the gate and drop your luggage off under the front door canopy, then park in the lane closest to River Road.
Transfer
The complimentary shuttle runs to O'Hare every 30 minutes from 5 AM to 10 PM, and the ride takes about 10 minutes. Please allow at least 2 hours for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights to prevent complications. The shuttle bus departs the hotel at the hour and half hour marks.
Return
The shuttle picks up at O'Hare every 30 minutes from 5 AM to 10 PM. If you land after the last shuttle, the hotel is a quick Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride away. If you have any questions, please call the front desk at 847-696-4400.
The hotel shuttle is only allowed to pick up at Door 2C, Terminal 2, Lowest level for domestic flights. Pick up times ar at the 15 and 45 minute marks.
For international flights, pickup is at door 5E. International pickups must be requested via phone. The driver does not stop at Terminal 5, unless it has been requested.

One important navigation tip: this reservation is for Chicago Marriott Suites O’Hare at 6155 North River Road in Rosemont. It should not be confused with the similarly named Marriott Chicago O’Hare on West Higgins Road. Because several Marriott-branded hotels surround ORD, confirm the street address in your navigation app before leaving home and keep your OneStopParking confirmation readily available when entering and exiting the property.
The parking area is outdoors, so travelers returning during a Chicago winter may want to leave a snow brush and ice scraper in the vehicle and allow a few extra minutes after heavy snowfall. It is also helpful to photograph your parking row before departing. EV drivers should arrive with sufficient charge, as the hotel does not currently provide electric-vehicle charging stations.
