We were glad for the opportunity to park there. It took forever on the way back to get the shuttle but overall it was fine.

im a normal human and i dont really write reviews; however, this hotel kinda seriously sucked. the front of house is rude. phones barely worked and inside wasnt all that clean.

The shuttle service was the best, all of people who work at La Quinta are so nice and so punctual.

A convenient last-minute parking solution. Free cancellation until reservation start time was a nice feature in case we found a better deal. However, the shuttle, which only leaves once an hour, was more than 30 minutes late departing to the airport. Thankfully our flight was delayed, and we had no issues getting to our gate. Pickup upon arrival was prompt, so perhaps the departure issues were isolated. If you have a large party, you may want to call ahead because the shuttle only seats 12, including the driver.

Every place was completely full and we were desperate. The shuttle comes every hour but we wound up being 1 minute late for our flight. Definitely not the shuttles fault but keep in mind it only comes every hour.

We were told the shuttle service ran until midnight so we left our car there. Our flight was 30 minutes late so we landed at O'Hara at 10:00 P.M. We called for the shuttle immediately and were rudely told that the shuttle was closed and we should get Uber to get us back for the car. We already paid $80 and now it cost an additional $42 for Uber. We were and are not happy about this and will be sure to not use your service again. Word of mouth is your best form of advertising and the words coming out of all our mouths will not be helpful in that regard. SANDY AND MIKE KAPPAROS.

The lot was not difficult to find and was fine. It's a hotel parking lot so I got what I expected. The shuttle drivers were friendly and on time according to their schedule. OneStop needs to correct their information to match LaQuinta's schedule, but this is a minor thing. Unfortunately, the man at the desk didn't appear to know what he was doing. It took 20 minutes for him to get my car checked in and my credit card charged correctly. Upon my return, I called from the airport to confirm the pick up location since I was unfamiliar with their procedure and this particular airport. The same man, who has a distinctive voice, answered the phone and gave incomplete information. I was told to wait by door #3, but he neglected to mention the level of the airport. I was on the baggage level where arrival pick ups are done, so I believed myself to be in the right place. Since I was unaware that this was the wrong spot, I nearly missed the shuttle. I realized just in time that I hadn't seen any hotel shuttles and asked an airport security guard, who directed me to the correct location. It was very cold that evening and the shuttle driver kindly dropped me off right at my car, which was greatly appreciated.

Everything went Smoothly. Parking was easy, front desk was professional, and shuttle service was timely.

They do it right

I’ve parked here twice and the first time was a decent experience. The hotel is quite far from the airport, 15 minutes away. When I called the hotel for pickup (at 5:20 PM) they told me the shuttle wouldn’t pick me up until 6:30 PM, the receptionist was very rude, gave me no further explanation and hung up on me. After a 20+ hour international flight, and waiting 2 hours for luggage, I ended up just taking an Uber back to the hotel. The Uber cost me >$30. I returned to the lot which was basically a sheet of ice, very dangerous to load or unload luggage under those conditions. Granted it was Chicago in January, but it hadn’t snowed in >48 hours, and it was apparent that no attempt at salting the parking lot had been made. I wouldn’t park here again, and wouldn’t recommend others park here either

The parking lot seems to be very safe and was easy to find. The shuttle should run as needed though. It did not leave early enough so we needed to use uber to get to the airport. On the return we were read for pickup at 6:20 and were told we would have to wait until 7:25 for the next pickup. We ended up taking an uber again to save time.

Timely shuttle pickup. Very nice drivers both directions. Comfortable van.

The hotel was easy to find for the park and fly service. Customer service was mediocre at the front desk. The customer service rep at the desk was sleeping. Also, the early morning shuttle driver was rude and drove erratically. He assumed I wouldn't give him a tip he rudely dumped my bags out of the van. At that point, I decided not to tip him. Return driver was a hispanic male. He told me his name but i cannot remember it. He was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good. I probably wont use this location for park and fly ever again.

Literally my only complaint is that the lot is a bit difficult to exit. Easy parking, I felt that my car was safe, shuttle picks up from airport on will call service which is super convenient as well. Runs from hotel to airport on the hour

I selected this lot because it was the lowest cost available, but due to the fact that the shuttle doesn't run 24/7 it cost me more because I had to get a Lyft to the airport. I think there are closer and nicer places to park. I was grateful that this place WAS available though as others were already full. I think it is further from the airport than many of the others also. I would try not to park here again.

This lot was way cheaper than airport parking and very convenient. The shuttle was only about a 10 minute ride to and from hotel and airport, and it dropped us off directly next to our airlines entrance. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the shuttle driver even waited for us when we were running behind on our return flight. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to save money on airport parking!
