Shuttle Information Details
Arrival
Please allow about 30 minutes to park and ride the shuttle to the airport. When you arrive, proceed through the gate and drop your luggage off under the front door canopy, then park in the lane closest to River Road.
Transfer
The complimentary shuttle runs to O'Hare every 30 minutes from 5 AM to 10 PM, and the ride takes about 10 minutes. Please allow at least 2 hours for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights to prevent complications. The shuttle bus departs the hotel at the hour and half hour marks.
Return
The shuttle picks up at O'Hare every 30 minutes from 5 AM to 10 PM. If you land after the last shuttle, the hotel is a quick Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride away. If you have any questions, please call the front desk at 847-696-4400.
The hotel shuttle is only allowed to pick up at Door 2C, Terminal 2, Lowest level for domestic flights. Pick up times ar at the 15 and 45 minute marks.
For international flights, pickup is at door 5E. International pickups must be requested via phone. The driver does not stop at Terminal 5, unless it has been requested.

Additional information for sleeping and parking at the Marriott Suites O'Hare
The biggest advantage of this ORD Park-Stay-Fly hotel is the extra room to settle in before or after a flight. Chicago Marriott Suites O’Hare is an all-suite property, with accommodations that include a separate living area, spacious work surface, mini-refrigerator and microwave. That added space is especially useful for families, longer trips or anyone who wants to reorganize luggage without turning the entire room upside down. Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, checkout is at noon, and the primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not accepted.
Plan meals with a little foresight: breakfast is available for an additional charge, and the hotel does not offer room service. Six1Five5 Restaurant serves American dishes on-site, while Carlucci is next door and a Giordano’s location is approximately 0.2 miles away. Travelers with extra time can also use the nearby Rosemont CTA Blue Line station to reach downtown Chicago without driving and paying for city parking.
