Arrival
Please proceed directly to the hotel lobby to check in upon arrival. (Please note: Guests parking outside of standard shuttle operating hours are welcome to do so, but must independently arrange and cover the cost of alternative transportation, such as Uber or Lyft).

Transfer 
Direct and convenient. Our complimentary shuttle to O’Hare Airport operates daily from 5:00 AM to 9:30 PM, departing the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. Please plan your schedule accordingly, as the final shuttle leaving for the airport departs promptly at 9:30 PM.

Return 
Upon your return to O’Hare, there is no need to call the hotel—simply head straight to the designated pickup point. Return shuttles operate until 10:00 PM with pickups located at Terminal 2, Lower Level, Arrivals Door 2C. Shuttles typically arrive at the airport around :20 and :50 past the hour, though times may vary slightly based on traffic or weather conditions.
