Shuttle Information

ALL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE PARK ON FLOORS 6 OR 7 OF THE PARKING GARAGE.

The first shuttle for passengers embarking on the ship is at 10 am.
Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes thereafter.
Last shuttle is 1:45 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The first shuttle for pick up is from the ship to the parking location is at 8 am.

Additional return instructions will be given at check-in.

Have your reservation confirmation email ready to show either printed or on your phone
1. Grab garage ticket dispensed at garage entrance 2. Please hold on to ticket. It will be validated when you return. 3. If ticket is lost, you will be responsible for lost ticket fee. We suggest leaving the ticket on dashboard 4. Park on any level 5. Use elevator on the east side to check-in and receive shuttle information. 6. You must validate the ticket when you return. If you do not the garage will charge to exit.

Complimentary shuttle for 4 passengers. Any additional passenger will be an extra $10 per person.
Parking garage remains open 24/7, if you'd like to check in after business hours.

Ticket Validation:

Validating your garage ticket is the most important step of parking at this location. Ticket may only be validated when you return from your cruise. If ticket is lost, there is a "lost ticket" fee that customers will be responsible for paying.

How To Validate:

1.) With staff members on the 1st floor.

READ THIS REVIEW! PARK HERE! THE BAD REVIEWS MUST BE COMPETITORS!

My family payed online and checked in before we got there. Very Simple! We got out ticket from the machine, Parked on Level 6, and went to The Office and got our sticker and our info sheet. The shuttle driver was great and had us at The Port of Miami in 20 minutes! I called when we got off the ship and they reminded me to put on my sticker. When we got to slot 11 just like they said and our shuttle was the only one there right at 7:15! We were back in 20 more minutes. We went up to level 6, loaded up and got our ticket validated and were on the way home before the other guys even got to the ship! Park here! Its very inexpensive and very safe!

Great place to park

We arrived and had no problem parking. Office staff was friendly, although instructions for ticket could be more clear. One time told to leave ticket on dash, then told take it with us. The morning of embarkation our driver was amazing! Super friendly and dropped us off right with the porters and made sure that we knew exactly where to go. Upon arrival ba k at the port (14 days later). Our shuttle driver spoke no English, or to anyone. Was not careful with luggage at all and crammed 18 adults into the 12 seat van. People sitting on laps and floor. Never spoke to any passengers. Ran over the steps tool to help getting in and out. Drove around to multiple terminals and was still trying to add more people, even though we were overcrowded and unsafe to begin with. After being picked up it took him almost 30 minutes to get us back, not because of traffic but because he was trying to pick up more people. Ride back was rough, again no consideration for luggage or safety. Dropped us off at office and the inconvenience of halving to walk around the block to then walk to elevators and then to car. Only to try and validate ticket by phone but they couldn't do it. Then had to drive down, walk around the block again to office to validate. I think that the process could be streamlined and instructions could be more clear. I was pleased with the service at the start of our cruise and office staff was very friendly. I felt that the vehicle was safe and would use them again.

Great Location

Great parking option for Miami Port, the only problem the bus shuttle to go back from Port, run but small brain drivers, poor markation at the port, the line to wait is a joke and make people lost and fight. Hope they can fix this problem soon.

Reduces the stress of navigating the port of Miami

First time user, I was impressed with how smooth things went getting us to our NCL Cruise Terminal before the cruise and back to our car after the cruise. It's always a hassle driving I95 S to Miami then to get to your cruise terminal and drop your luggage, you have to navigate the construction in the port of Miami, locate a parking lot that has space, park your car and walk to the terminal. Cruisers avoid all of that hassle with SafeCruise parking Port of Miami. Parking costs about 30% less than parking at a Port of Miami garage and less than an Uber or Lyft from where we live (N of Fort Lauderdale). Enter the garage, pull a ticket, drop your luggage at the office, proceed to deck 6 or 7, park your car (plenty of spaces - we did arrive early around 9:15), walk to the curbside area, pick up the shuttle (arrived within minutes with returning guests), the driver loaded out bags and off we went. The trip to the NCL terminal from the garage took a stress free 15 minutes. The drop off point at NCL's terminal is directly in front of the line to enter the terminal. Pro-Tip: arrive early. Less traffic in general. Plenty of parking spaces on level 6. At the NCL terminal, you'll mingle with debarking guests but easily navigable. Also, debark as early as you can. Traffic after 8:30am around the port can cause up to 45m delays.

Great way to get to your cruise

Overall a great experience. Only issue was that in our case, we did not receive a communication on how to proceed with the prepaid reservation. If this can help. Even if you prepay, when you get to the parking garage, grab a ticket and go to the 6th and seventh levels. Make your way down to front office and check in with them. They will give you some smiley face sticker to put on your shirt to validate your shuttle return. The drivers were super nice and funny and the office staff very friendly. I will be using them again for sure.

We have used this shuttle service twice and will most likely use again. The staff is friendly and helpful. The instructions are easy from where in the lot to park to how to get your ticket validated. Only downside to me are the actual "shuttles". They have a nice shuttle, I think only one, but the others are old and run down large vans.
