On the day of the parking event, they change the parking location and do not notify the customers nor is there any signage of the change, leaving the customers wondering why the gate entrance is fenced off. We are now forced to figure this out on our own, park on the side road, and walk inside the building looking for someone that can provide some guidance. This was only the beginning of the nightmare as we almost missed our cruise.

We had a terrible experience with this parking service. The day before our cruise, we received a notification that the parking location had changed. The new location was difficult to find, and there were no clear signs or directions to guide us. The entrance to the parking lot was heavily congested, and traffic was backed up. We had to drive around several times before we were finally able to get in. There were no staff members directing traffic or helping drivers. The parking lot was an open lot with no shade. It was nearly 100°F, and many people were becoming overheated and feeling sick while waiting outside. There was no drinking water and no restroom available. Only one employee was checking in customers. He spoke only Spanish, which made communication very difficult. He worked very slowly, and the line became extremely long. The return after the cruise was even worse. There were no signs indicating where to wait for the shuttle. We had to ask several port employees before we finally found the correct location. We waited over 1½ hours, but the shuttle never arrived. Eventually, we had no choice but to take a taxi and pay for it ourselves. This was not the service we paid for. We paid for parking that included shuttle transportation, but we did not receive the service that was promised. I would appreciate a full refund of my parking fee and reimbursement for the taxi fare, as the service provided was unacceptable.

I was worry about finding a suitable shuttle to go to Miami port then in to cruise 🛳. When returned, we only waited a few minutes for the driver to show up. Then to the parking garage. Happy I found them. Reasonable price for 4 days parking

We were left out at the port no one came and pick us up👎 call the number no one answer..

Nous avons attendus la navette pour se rendre au port pendant 2 heures et elle n'est jamais arrivée. Nous avons dû prendre un Uber du stationnement au port, coût de 55.00. au retour c'était beaucoup mieux, la navette est arrivée après seulement 15 minutes d'attente. La compagnie de stationnement devrait nous rembourser le coût de Uber. J'ai appelé la compagnie de stationnement à quelques reprises et personne n'a répondu.

Great pick up after cruise . Transport to cruise lady at parking terminal was very RUDE and was very unprofessional not organized .

We waited and waited for a shuttle they have 1 bus (small) for about 200-300 people for all different ports/ships. It was hard to find the parking garage with the sign to park in. Customer service was so-so. We ended up getting an uber. So next time I’ll pay the extra money to park at the port because we paid about that much getting to and from port with Uber and tips.

The most horrible experience. I have used them before and will never use them again. They make you park on the top floor then drag your bags to the first floor and then go thru registration process which is a huge line, then wait for the van to take you to the port. The return was worse the van never showed up and I had to pay for an Uber after waiting for 2 hours to be picked up. This was unacceptable!!! I am requesting a refund! Will never use them again.

Lot condition is excellent, it is actually a garage (level 8) of the Hilton hotel. The shuttle is waiting at the entrance. When coming out of the garage, you must insert ticket first, then scan the QR code on the ticket that the shuttle driver gave to you. The gate will not open without the RQ code. The shuttle pickup from the cruise terminal is every 60 minutes, which is too long.

First of all, there were no signs that helped us to find the entrance to the parking from the main road where it is located. Then the shuttle took for ever. There were only mini vans an and a “big” bus, so the waiting time was extremely long. It took us 2 hours to get to our port. We finally made the bus, where the driver was by himself and every stop, he had to download the bass and then put them back. Again, alone. The return was worst. It “only” took 3 hours to be picked up. Then a van for 10 passenger showed up, but the driver insisted to take only one family of 5 who supposedly had reservations and who had shown up . After so many screams back and forth with other passengers, the driver finally took the full van. This company needs more communication between the employees. It does need buses, not vans, to acomódate every passenger. In my personal opinion, I won’t use their service.

Very low ceiling height. Lady at checking said if you lost your ticket you would have to pay $600.00. Shuttle service was a little slow on the way to the cruise port. Coming back was ridiculous. Waited for the shuttle from 9:00am to a little after 12:00pm. Called them several times no one answered. When it went to voicemail it said voice mail full. Ended up getting an Uber to get back to the garage. Would look elsewhere for parking.

Shuttle service was very bad ,took Uber to the terminal.

Complaint Regarding Delays and Additional Costs with WePark Parking Service in Miami Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the parking service I used during my recent four-day cruise. I chose WePark in Miami, drawn by the extensive advertising you conduct, but I now realize that this is the main factor that attracts customers. However, upon arriving at the Miami port, I experienced a two-hour delay during which the shuttle never arrived. As a result, I had to take a private Uber, incurring an additional cost of $45 to travel seven miles to the parking location where my vehicle was parked. When I attempted to file a claim, I encountered an unprofessional situation: a single employee with an improvised desk in the middle of the parking lot. When I inquired about a physical office, I was informed that there was none, and the only option was to call a phone number that, when attempted, had a full voicemail box and no response. As a consequence, the parking area was congested, with numerous people waiting for transport to the port. For all these reasons, I believe that WePark failed to meet the expectations of reliable and punctual service. I recommend that future customers consider these experiences before choosing this service.

There was nobody at the gate to provide direction regarding where the shuttle would pick us up. Shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive on embarkation day. On Disembarkation, our driver spotted our "yellow" paper, flashed his headlights and we were picked up within 2 minutes of getting off the ship. He answered our questions and was very helpful. When we left, I provided the ticket and the code we received upon check-in. An astronomical price showed on the screen, I challenged it. The code was scanned and another high price showed. The lady assured us that our discount was taken but we didn't get a receipt. I haven't seen a second charge so I'm satisfied.

It was a good parking and a cheaper then the cruise parking lot just a few minutes by the shuttle.

My GPS took us to this parking garage but there were no signs of we park so was not sure if we were even at the right place fortunately a security woman told us to go to the 8th floor to park and the shuttle would pick us up there. The driver was waiting for us and was there when we got off the cruise ship. would definitely use this service again

We ended up taking a taxi both ways after how many people were stuck waiting for shuttles when we arrived & parked. With the cost of the taxi still cheaper than port parking - if you have minimal baggage & lots of extra time this is do-able but not a super $$$ saver
