Everything was very good about Premier Parking. The location was easy to get into and out of the garage. The shuttle was on time dropping us off at the port and picking us up after our cruise. We were extremely satisfied with the service and we will definitely use you for our next cruise.

Old shuttle buses, most of the vans don’t have A/C or just blow hot air.. they only have two to three drivers…waiting time to be taking to the port is around 45min to a hour.

Everything went smoothly. They're very nice and cordial. Shuttle service was great. Covered parking is great. Wholeheartedly recommend this place. Will do it again.

Nice to have a guaranteed lot to park my vehicle and not have to search for parking spot.

I tried via phone and email to cancel my reservation and nobody responded. I am still waiting for a refund of my deposit and nobody responded response. Would like someone to contact t me.

Shuttle service good. Well organized

I chose premier service because I thought it was going to be a premium parking experience but it was terrible. They demanded cash after my online deposit, person taking the cash was not professional, waited a while for shuttles to and from cruise ship, they didn’t have me on return paper and almost had to wait even longer to get a shuttle. I highly doubt they are claiming the cash I gave them. No receipt to prove I paid them except the blue dash paper they told me was the receipt!

Driver on way home was aggressive and ruid. Gave him a tip and he appeared agitated (like it was not enough) Over booked garage spaces had to park in other area of the garage. Agreed to 13.00 a day but was charged much more.

The men who work here are rude and unprofessional. It felt like a scam the entire time. We were not allowed to ride the shuttle because there was 5 of us. We had two adults. A 2,6, and 7 year old and they refused to shuttle us. They said my husband could walk or take an uber. It was unbelievable. Never again. I’ll chose another lot. There are plenty to chose from. These guys get a big fat one star rating from me.

Shuttle was very fast and easy….. Next to no waiting….. I parked at another lot prior to parking with Premier. Shuttle never came….we took a Uber….

Car was safe in a covered parking lot. We had a short wait for the shuttle to the cruise port. Catching the shuttle after the cruise was easy and we had no wait. The price was about half of the cruise terminal parking. This was our 2nd time using Premier and we would use them again.

Upon pulling into the parking garage, there was a huge line on the seventh floor that wasn’t moving at all to the point where my 18 year-old daughter said dad we better get an Uber or we’re going to miss the ship. I had to Uber to the port and back from the port due to the lack of vans to shuttle us as each van only held 11 people. It looks like you took a 15 passenger van and took out a cedar too and made it an 11 passenger van yet there was 80 to 100 people ahead of us in line and there was no way we would make it on time for the cruise. The line was not moving you need to invest in more shuttles because it was poorly run and it would’ve made us late. The workers in the parking lot were causing chaos and yelling there the directions were not good. I was going the wrong way when I first got in the garage because it did not match the printed directions that were given to me in an email on how to go about the parking garage to the seventh floor…… this is false advertisement and even though it saved a lot of money I still had to pay to Uber round-trip and that was an additional $100 by the time I tipped the Uber drivers each way do not use this service. It is false advertising. You are better off parking at the port. You will pay the same amount by the time you get an Uber to and from the port of Miami. They also lie about how much it cost when you get to the parking garage they charge you more than $101…..

Our driver faced an extremely difficult drive from the garage to the port due to a detour that caused a traffic jam the likes of which I haven’t seen in ages. (And I grew up in New York City). Miami traffic without a detour is a nightmare with its insane drivers. Anyway, he kept his cool and maneuvered through a tangled mess that moved by inches like torture. The pressure was intense. I don’t know that I could have handled it so well. It was so stressful because we worried we’d miss our cruise. My biggest mistake was not getting his name. But he got us there… he’s a hero.

2nd time I used this parking. 1st was a breeze but this time was horrible. There was 10 ships going out , traffic was terrible waited in line for 2.5 hrs almost missed the ship. They needed more shuttles. Lots of people were still waiting. Lots took Uber or Lyft. It was crazy. More shuttle and better planning for the volume of reservations. Very stressful to start of my vacation.
