Elevator don't work for a few months now. QR code never works and have to call support

Easy to find, park, and safe. And my car was covered the whole time. The only down side was one of the elevators was not working. Also they I got to use my small promotional credit when booking with oneStop Parking. Will use OneStop Again, Thank you

We were concerned since all we had to do was get a ticket and park. We were fortunate other cruisers were leaving to return home when we arrived. They told us that we could park anywhere as long as it did not have a reserved tag. We did and everything worked out fine upon exiting we needed our paperwork to show our confirmation number and they also asked the app that we use. We provided that information and we returned home.

Everything about this lot is great, it’s just the getting in and out of the gate.. the reservation QR code never works so you’ll have to use whatever method to go in then use the kiosk to call customer support to let you out without paying their “actual” parking rates.

Very safe, clean and convenient location. Also immediate assistance available when needed but no shuttle transportation available.

Parking is easy to find and a short taxi ride to port.

This was a great parking option for us during our week-long cruise out of Miami. It wasn't without some minor issues, but overall, we're satisfied. The main issue was that upon arrival, we couldn't scan into the garage with the bar code on our email reservation. It was showing as "invalid". A gentleman came to assist us, but he spoke no English...but with my limited Spanish, I was able to understand him staying "take a ticket from the machine, park, and when you return, you can call for assistance at the exit (an automated video link process with a live operator on-screen), and they will let you out. It pretty much worked just as he said. We returned, I used the call box at the exit to contact support, they obtained my reservation information and allowed me to exit. The only other thing is that arriving on the day of a World Cup Match, it was quite busy around there, and there were apparently 2 different entrances to this garage...we went into the wrong one first, but were then directed to the correct one, after some searching. There was no signage anywhere about "OneStop Parking" for us to identify our designated parking area. It was all just "Bayfront Garage"...but the GPS did take us right there, we just needed to choose the correct entrance. In fact, in the pictured photo of this listing, you can see both entrances. Use the open one labeled "Entrance", not the side with the green gate down. Would use again!

Parked here for a cruise. Conveniently close to the port at a good price. Took Uber to/from port, which was easy. One of the elevators out of service, so we had to walk a bit to another one to get down to ground level. QR code didn’t work upon entrance to, or exit from, the garage. Customer service had to ask for reservation details in order to open the arms for entry/exit. This was the biggest inconvenience.

Was prepared for some of the issues regarding the garage based on previous reviews, and we gave ourselves time to confront them. Customer service was very prompt and assisted our concerns. Our car was safe and the lot was clean and felt secure. I would use this garage again.

We had a good stay while taking a cruise and had no issues.

The location and price compared to other cruise line parking was what attracted me to you. Our vehicle was fine when we returned. However, we had a problem opening the gate with the QR code. Finally I had to insert my credit card to get the gate to open and am very concerned I was charged twice after I had prepaid for the amount of days our vehicle was in your garage. Could you please reassure me that we were only charged once. Thank you.

It's just a car garage. No matter where your park, you hope your car is okay when you return. As with previous reviews, check and scanner did not work and had to take a receipt. Elevators were not working either. Upon checkout, one elevator was working, and we had to use call button and give them our reservation number to check out or bill would have been close to $1200.

The place itself was perfect! The issue every single one of us had (and the same as on other reviews) was that the QR code did not work going in. We had to call customer service and they said to just take a ticket and call when we were leaving. 8 days later when we were leaving we tried to scan the code again. Nothing worked and we had to call customer service which took more time than it should have. Fix the QR code issue and it would be a fantastic place!

Reservation barcode was not working, not attendance onsite, and the elevator was out of order. A total mess.

Did not accept QR code reservation guarantee. Attendant had to let us in. Elevator not working, had to carry luggage down stairs. Upon Leaving had to contact customer service at exit and go through entire confirmation info from date entered, to name, to booking agency, then confirmation number, before being allowed to exit. Totally unsatisfactory. Will not use again.

I would have given this garage five stars if not for a couple of issues. Both elevators were broken, which makes it tough move luggage unless you drop it off at the bottom. This might have affected our choice of garage if we knew. The location was decent but not great. It took 30-40 minutes to walk to the cruise ship, which was just on the other side of the bridge. But that walk was still better than fighting traffic to get an Uber or cab (traffic at the Miami cruise port is nuts).

QR didn't scan so had to contact their service folks both upon arrival and departure. After confirming my reservation, I was allowed to leave. Little bit of a pain, but the best rates for my cruise!
