This was absolutely awful. The AC was broken in the van. They made us wait in van until every seat was full. There were no windows so zero air movement. In the Miami heat, we sat in traffic for 30 minutes. When we got to cruise terminal everyone was dripping with sweat and feeling nauseous. We would have rather been told the situation and been able to get out of van and taken an Uber. Instead we were made to believe this was a quick trip and this was not going to be a big deal.

Lot address in confirmation was wrong causing a lot of wasted time and stress. Wasted an extra$20 by going in the garage on my confirmation.

I feel like this was a scam, lot was impossible to find, no signage in garage. I still have no idea if I was even in the right place. I will be disputing the cost with my credit card company

Easy to find lot. Instructions had me looking for an office to check in. There is no office, just an agent sitting near the exit with a laptop. Shuttles were fine and ran as promised. Lot serves multiple sailings simultaneously, so there are a number of lines to get in, but you have to check in with the agent before you can get in a line. Check in was slow and close to 100 people were on line when I arrived. The benefit is the cost. So you get what you pay for.

The guy came over and told us it would be 5 to 7 minutes and after an hour we ordered an Uber and then they gave us shit for ordering an Uber.

We waited over an hour standing. No seats. On the return trip was the same. Over an hour waiting and no seats. Really poor service.

No instructions to take elevator from 8th floor to ground to be picked up No instructions on how to exit. No directions on how to scan ticket. Overall very poor experience.!

Lot was hard to find as you couldn’t see the address or the name. Lot was dirty. Stairs were dirty and smelled horrible. But the worst was waiting for well over an hour for the shuttle to go to the cruise terminal. As well as for the way back. We were off the ship early to catch the first shuttle back. We saw multiple shuttles from other companies. We ended up getting a taxi back for $45. Recommend paying more somewhere else.

Let me start by saying I travel A LOT. And I’m good at traveling. Rarely do I become frustrated to the point of a bad review. Well this time I was pushed too far. When I received the email with the instructions on where to go in be picked up from the cruise it was so unclear I was initially concerned. I like to have my ducks in a row because everyone knows getting of a cruise is the saddest day ever, so I want to make it easy on myself and know where to go for transportation. Well it was so unclear. We asked a bunch of people, no one knew. We walked one direction and got sent all the way the other direction only to find out later it was where we originally walked. We called the number that was on the email and it just rang busy as if it was out of busy. We FINALLY got a phone number that would work and were told which bus to get on. IT WAS THE WRONG COMPANY. We went as far as they would allow us to go, got off, only to find out we were about 2 miles away, in downtown Miami, from where we needed to be. Now we are off the boat, lugging bags almost 2 miles in hot Miami weather with nothing but sadness that this could have all been avoided had their instructions been more clear on where to go once you got off the cruise. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone except my enemy’s. I emailed to be able to talk to someone and got no where. Very sad and disgusting how they treat people. They sure were to take our money though! So good luck

I want a refund I called because I couldn't find the place and no one would answer the phone. I will be going on the internet to give review and contacting BBA in regards to this issue.

Ended up having to take an Uber

Signage of garage was WE PARK not PARK & CRUISE. Around the block we went and pulled in to check - yep, right place. Directed to park car, and line up for parking validation. Parked, grabbed luggage, and entered line - 2 people validating parking and checking rsvps....30 minutes. People line for our cruise line left while while we were awaiting validation...probably 60+ people awaiting shuttles to ports (I think there were 6 ships in port that day). After validation of our parking, we walked to the line and I decided to call an Uber; which picked us up in 10 minutes right across the street at the Marriott, and promptly delivered us to our port for under $20 with tip. So....post cruise, walk out to shuttle area and no WE PARK shuttle, no PARK & CRUISE shuttle, one driver that I spoke with had not seen (yet). Crossed back to UBER area and ordered up another one $22 with tip. So.....consider if an additional $40 minimum cost makes the parking worthwhile for you.

After driving around looking for the garage which they need to provide better description and tell you you’re sharing a parking garage with Hilton. We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to bring us to the port. When we were all loaded in the van the driver was just outside talking for at least another 15/20 minutes. We were traveling with kids when we forgot an item in the van we called over 20 times for someone to answer ,they finally answered and brought us what we needed which was the best part of the the whole situation. Apparently they provided you a paper for pick up and wouldn’t pick you up if you didn’t have it which our driver never provided to us at drop off. We waited for an hour and half after we got off the ship to be brought back to our car to them asking for this paper that was never provided. If you have time to waist and don’t mind waiting, my car was safe.

Never got a shuttle to or from ship. Never received a ticket to cover the ticket that u get once pull in garage

A bit confusing at first, but once we found out who to see, it was very smooth. Nice covered parking. shuttle was good both ways. would definitely use again.

It was so easy with them. I'll recommended them for my friends and family.

Thinking we were saving time and money off site we used one stop parking. The location entrance was poorly marked, staff had minimal answers, we waited over an hour and a half for shuttles to arrive to take us to the pier for a 1.8 mile ride. The only signage were paper signs indicating it was the correct location. The staff when asked how long kept saying soon and then would mumble under their breath in Spanish thinking we did not understand. Running a shuttle service with only two shuttle vehicles on a busy port day is probably a bad business decision. Clearly a disorganized operation. When we returned we opted to take a taxi instead of waiting for the shuttle. Even though an employee checked us out we are still getting emails notifying us that we are still parked and may get charged for additional days. Great idea poor execution!

Parking was close to terminal but out of cruise traffic congestion.

Corrupt company. Makes you wait HOURS to and from the port. SAVE your money do NOT use!!!
