Booked 8 days return notice airlines lost portion of my stroller. The representative at front desk was very helpful and attentive.

I have parked at numerous hotels over the years and this is by far the most disappointing experience. The main issues: 1. The shuttles fill fast as they service many motels and only bring a shuttle every 40 mins. Another was sent within minutes and I was plenty early so I didn’t miss my flight, but it could happen to someone. They knew how many people were waiting and didn’t send enough shuttles on time. 2. Biggest issue: upon landing I followed instructions and called with my terminal location. I kept getting put on hold or hung up on and eventually understood the drivers didn’t want to come to my terminal because of construction and refused give an eta. The person on the phone said as sympathetic but apparently kept hearing “no” from the drivers. To be clear this terminal was for AA and listed on their pickup locations, so nothing out of the ordinary. Meanwhile, all of the other hotel shuttles were showing up with no problem. I was advised to change terminals, I did and still waited and waited and waited. It took nearly an hour to get on the shuttle, which also couldn’t pick up all of the people who were waiting. After an exhausting trip the last thing I needed was to be moving from terminal to terminal and waiting with a family in tow. An hour is unacceptable and I would not park here again nor recommend it.

Not good management. We reserved parking about a month ahead, but when we check-in there was no slot available.

Waiting for the shuttle 90 minutes was a terrible experience. Your third-party partner has to many pickups and dropoffs. BAD Experience!

Great service

Airport parking is very expensive, so many of us look for alternatives. Red Roof Inn provides one such option at a much better rate. However, waiting for the shuttle to leave for the airport, and then, waiting much longer for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport and take you to your car, negates the cost savings for many. If Red Roof had its own, dedicated, on-demand shuttle, perhaps they could ferry people more timely. As it is now, however, I will not use Red Roof again for long-term parking to get to DFW.

We had an overall great experience. Wish the shuttle was a little more frequent or was quicker to pick up from airport to the lot. Had to wait in the airport at night for an hour to be picked up. After a tiring trip for passengers, shuttle from airport could be faster. But otherwise great experience. Easy to find parking and onward shuttle was great. Will use this service again.

The people at one stop parking was great and very courteous form the lady on the phone that took my reservation, to the man at the front desk that I checked in with to the shuttle drivers. They will be my parking choice in the future. The Red Roof inn was very easy to get to and to get back on the road after a long flight.

The shuttle from the airport took over an hour to arrive. Luckily I found a 2nd shuttle as the one that was supposed to pick my family up did not go to designated area and was arguing with front desk staff. Very unprofessional and long wait just to get back to my car.

To no fault of RedRoof Inn my car wouldn’t start. The Maintenance man did everything he could to assist me. He got it going. Next time I use this service I’ll make sure I park backed in for easier access to the engine. They were very accommodating!

Everything was easy and simple to book online and the cost is very affordable. They took us to the airport and also picked us up from there, they have very good service.

The hotel is friendly and helpful but the driver has us waiting for 90 minutes because he pulled off before anyone could get on the shuttle. He had to come back to the airport again for the pick up!
