Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before you want to leave for the airport to allow time for the check-in process at the front desk. Be sure to confirm where to wait for the shuttle upon your return from the airport.

Shuttle service to the airport runs daily from 3:30 AM to 1:00 AM. There is no shuttle between 1:00 AM and 3:30 AM. Shuttles depart every 40 minutes starting on the half-hour (e.g., 3:30 AM, 4:10 AM, 4:50 AM, 5:30 AM, and so on).

Pickups from the airport are on demand. Once you have your luggage, call 972-929-0020 to request a shuttle. Wait times may range from 25 to 30 minutes depending on demand. A staff member will provide an estimated arrival time when you call.

Airlines recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. Please ensure you arrive at the parking location prior to this window.
