Fine if you don’t mean be waiting….
45+ minutes waiting for the shuttle back to the hotel after a day of travel is frustrating… especially after a he person who took my first call said they he shuttle would be there in about 15 minutes. You don’t want to arrive when there is a shift change at all he hotel!!!!

Our new go-to parking spot! Could not be more pleased.
Will use this location every time. Only complaint was the hotel desk clerk told me that the shuttle ran every hour on the hour, but that was only to the airport. You have to call & schedule an airport pickup on your return flight. No big deal I’ll know next time. Service was superb, driver was helpful & enjoyable. 5 stars!!

Reliable Parking
I park at the Westin every time I fly out of DFW airport. This location always has parking spots available and 24 hour shuttle service. My car always stays safe there and I will continue to use the Westin in the future.

Service
The shuttle to get to the airport was great-it was around 9am-shuttle driver was very nice and funny-only waited less than 5 minutes to get on shuttle. However, when I returned to DFW and called them for a pickup, no one answered-it was 9:45pm. I called back-someone answered and said the shuttle would be there in 15 min. It was actually about 20 minutes-female driver was rude. Not sure I would use again. Too many other options.

My First And Last Time
Checking in was easy. The shuttle driver was rude. He did not open the door or assist with my luggage. On my return flight, I arrived pretty late and no one answered the phone. I called the shuttle service and the hotel directly, more than 5 times, and no one ever answered. I eventually caught a Lyft to the hotel.

Great Location
Ive used the Westin to park my vehicle several times and I've never had any issues with leaving my car there. This is always my prefered parking location.

Driver was kinda rude
I called for the shuttle and it took about 40 minutes for the shuttle to get to us. Then driver slam's the door in wifes face and doesn't apologize. after we get in the shuttle the driver proceeds to drive very erratically back to the hotel. He didn't stop completely at any stop signs and he was driving fast enough that we were both being thrown back and forth in our seats. And on top of that he wasn't wearing his face mask.. It was under his chin the whole ride.
