I got to the airport Saturday night went to the location to wait for the shuttle, called Clarion so they could come pick me up and no one ever answered the phone. I called for thirty minutes before someone answered and after finally talking to someone that said they would let their driver know that I was waiting for pick up I waited another twenty five minutes and the shuttle never showed up so I just jumped on another shuttle and had someone at red roof inn take me to get my car 🤦🏾‍♀️. I wouldn’t recommend!

This wasn't the first time I had left my car at this parking lot. While the shuttle ride *to* the airport went smoothly, getting picked up *from* the airport was a different story—you have to be prepared to wait about an hour. I called three times, and each time I was told the shuttle was just about to arrive; however, it didn't show up until 55 minutes after my initial call.

We have used this location several times. It has always been great. The staff is courteous. We had to extend our parking time because we weren’t able to get out of Israel.

Very convenient Much cheaper than airport parking.

I reserved a spot with OneStop Parking in August 2025, for about $4-5 dollars a day for my December 2025 trip abroad. On the day before I had to fly out of the country, I call Clarion hotel to arrange for a shuttle and the receptionist tells me that they are turning people away because their parking lot is full of hotel guests. She said ONESTOP should have notified me. I got Zero notifications. OneStop had no other places to park, they were fully booked and when I called them, they provided no help at all, only a bad attitude when I told them that parking rates have now DOUBLED due to last minute booking. I will NEVER EVER use OneStopParking. They provide no recourse in the case of cancellations. You are taking a risk by parking with them. They are just good at taking your money. The Clarion hotel told me I could go park at one of their sister hotels for practically double the price. It seems like Clarion is running a parking scam and OneStop Parking is allowing it to happen. Don't get scammed! You'd be better off parking at a park and ride location and taking the orange line to dfw.

The experience of this hotel parking and shuttle services exceeded my expectation. I've parked my vehicle in different hotels in order to catch my flights several times in the past 5 years, but none of those experiences was as good as this time. First, the parking lot was bright. I arrived at this hotel for parking at 4:30 in the early morning, and the whole parking spaces were lighted brightly. That made me feeling safe if I park my car here. I don't purposely look for surveillances and see if they have, but the bright parking lot is safe enough for me to park my car here for over a week. Second, they have dedicated shuttle to send passengers to the airport, and send them back. The shuttle leaves hotel every 40 minutes, and that is a known hours that you can control and manage. However, when the shuttle comes back from the airport, this service was amazingly great! The shuttle arrived at the airport at the purple area where we were waiting just in 10 minutes after we called for a pickup! A white car with black Clarion Inn & Suites words appeared in front of me suddenly, and I couldn't notice it's my shuttle to pick me up in no time! Further, when arriving at the hotel parking lot, the driver was very nicely willing to drop me near the spot that my car parked at to save my tired body to walk up to. Overall, this was a great hotel parking experience that I have every had!! Thank you very much, Clarion Inn & Suites North (DFW)!!

The only problem I observed is overselling lots. I reserved 45days in advance but when I drive in couple of hours before my flight the front-desk guy was like "we do not have any parking spaces left. Good luck finding spot. If you got anything comeback for the paperwork." I was surprised because this is hours before flight and I do not have another option. I waited for 20min in the parking for someone else take out their car. Rest all is good.

I flew out of DFW for a week and when I returned my truck was stolen. I got no cooperation from the staff and I actually think that they were in on it as they would not let me see the servalence video and there was a camera right above the parking space. The police were useless as well. Never fly out of DFW afain.

It was a really safe and easy and budget friendly parking lot near the Dfw airport (10 minutes by shuttle)

I have used this parking lot and shuttle service many times. I have always been treated with compassion, kindness, and grace.

Simple to check in, shuttle driver was great

I got to choose from any empty space in the back of the hotel ,the employees were very helpful.The shuttle driver was nice and loaded our luggage into the van.The driver from our return trip even offered to help me put my luggage in my car .Overall it was a pleasant experience.My car was exactly as I left it and if I ever have to travel again I will use this parking again.

There are two trees out front. Unfortunately I parked under one and when I returned my car was covered in bird poop. I could not even drive it without finding a car wash before my 3 hour drive home.
