They took my money. I park there to use the shuttle to the airport. When I arrived the hotel was closed and they wouldn’t take my conformation #…. And no shuttle!! 4am in the morning and had to drive myself to the airport. If they ever answer the phone, I will be requesting a refund and will never use them again for anything!!

Close to airport and shuttle on time and supporting staff.

Poor the hotel is closing. There is no shuttle and no one informs you of this. Don't go there you'll be waiting for a shuttle to get you to the airport and none is there. My receipt said there is a shuttle and there is not. I have used this parking spot a lot. Never again I will not use this company again. There are many out there do not use this one they don't inform you of anything.

Had to take a taxi from airport to Wyndham Hotel shuttle not working. Did not get a receipt. It cost me $20.00

Shuttle service was not in service. I had to get a Uber for my family. A huge inconvenience for us. We had to spend more money.

Upon arriving, parking and walking to the lobby desk. We were informed that there is no longer a shuttle service at the Wyndham Hotel. We had to rush back to our car and head directly to the airport.

So what your paying for is to park your vehicle there and have a shuttle take you to the airport. However the shuttle isn't operating! So I had to pay twice for ubers. Which was about another $40. I could have just parked at the airport for that price!!!!! Won't book with them again!

Shuttle was down. Called days before and promised it was working. Manager was on speaker phone held by an employee yelling at a customer who was complaining about the shuttle not working!!!!!! The worst experience by a hotel manager ever!!!

Terrible don't waste your money find a different place to park

Everything was normal and up to standards but the shuttle was out of service and you don’t find out until you get there. The ladies at the front desk were great and they inform you that you have to uber or lyft but you will het reimbursed by the company. NOT TRUE! I am still trying to get my money back for my $40 round trip lyfts to and from the airport instead of points.

We like using the facility. Only concern is the condition of the shuttle bus. Since setting foot in the thing for the first time I felt unsafe. A couple of the drivers are a little radical with their driving which adds to it. The unit is very dirty and in visible disrepair and who knows what actually will fail and set up your lunch date with Jesus. The broken windshield has never been fixed. Not a safety issue to me but is a peek into their maintenance world. This last trip caused me a problem as it was unavailable due to a breakdown and I had to get a cab. Not a huge deal but this was at 10 at night and I had been up since 3 am that day. The 15 minute nap on the plane didn't bring me a clear enough mindset to get a RECEIPT for the ride as I was still looking at a two hour drive to home from the hotel. In trying to get a reimbursement I was declined because of that. I was awarded some points to offset that but was just an added expense to my trip overall. I am asking through this review for you to provide me the safety / mechanical inspection certification for the shuttle along with documentation of the drivers please. I feel it's only fair that since you have your strict guidelines for fee reimbursement I should have some for my life. Please forward these documents to me [email protected]. I feel at this time there's no need to get the DOT involved as I await your positive reply. Thank you for your understanding. Andy Capogrosso

shuttle service shut down without prior information

I have used this location to park and the shuttle to the airport many times while flying. The shuttle is a little banged up but makes it to and from. The drivers are super nice always. Word is a new shuttle is coming soon. I am very happy with this place! Thank you for providing this service!

I had to pay for an Uber to get to the parking lot because they didn't answer their phone. When I got to the hotel the whole place was closed. For the cost of the Uber plus parking I could have just parked at the airport. Additionally the shuttle is in terrible condition and the door handle didn't work. The driver was friendly, not his fault.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and the shuttle is NOT running. Be warned!

Good spot Good service

Shuttle drivers were friendly and professional. Distance to airport is pretty short compared to others that charge a lot more. Lot needs to be spruced up.

My truck, along with multiple other cars, were broken into while parked there. I came back from vacation and my window was smashed and my belongings inside were stolen. No security onsite. Not worth saving the money to park here!!

Great shuttle communication and seamless drop off and pick up. Helped with luggage. Convenient location and decent price. I always tip my driver

The vehicle was not operating when we arrived and were forced to get an Uber. The vehicle we were picked up in at the airport was in poor condition. The driver stated that they went the backroads to save wear and tear on the van.
