Everything was perfect. Safe parking. Shuttle driver very prompt and friendly. Will park there again

When I return to Cle September 6th 2026 I called as instructed at 2:00 p.m. for the shuttle to come get me. I was told the shuttle was broken and would not be available until 4:00 p.m. This was unacceptable to me as I had an appointment to attend at 3:30p.m. I ended up calling the Lyft ride service and paid over $20 to be transported back to my car. Then as I was exiting the hotel parking lot I noted there were three shuttle vans parked outside the front door. It's hard for me to believe that all three of these vehicles were inoperable.

A safe place

Shuttle ends at 12 midnight I call at 11:46 to be picked up girl tells me shuttle stops at midnight I say ok but it’s 11:46pm , she says well I will send driver out and you need to be at spot 7 if you miss the shuttle it won’t be sent back out I sat and waited till 12:30 no shuttle came so I caught an uber to retrieve my car get to hotel shuttle sitting there , like why did you say you was sending shuttle and you knew full well you wasn’t sending them to get me , wasted my time never again now because of this I will never use this location again

Very pleasant experience. Will recommend it to my friends and family.

I love it thanks

Landed at CLV. Went to shuttle area (#7) for pick up. Listing states "shuttle runs every 1/2 hour". I waited for 45 mins. Then tried to call the hotel 10+ times. Only 2 options, when dialing for operator, get message "cannot complete your call". When recalling and selecting a directory, get mesage "the mailbox is full". Had no option but to pay for an Uber to get to the hotel. Zero customer service. Strongly suggest NOT using Crowne, and certainly expect One Stop to remedy.

Parking area is lit and involves only a short walk. Shuttles were timely, shuttle bus was clean and newer. Shuttle drivers were friendly. Overall a very nice experience.

Good

Parking was good

Pick up on shuttle was on time. Drivers were courteous & helpful.

What a great price!! Timely shuttle!!

Excellent. Good location, friendly and efficient staff, clean and timely shuttle. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Crown Plaza airport parking. Lots of parking spaces, 24/ 7 shuttle, friendly helpful driver and the price is very reasonable

It was easy parking with no problem with the pick up and drop off

They need a larger van. We were over crowded and two were left behind at airport.

Everything was first class

This parking option was well worth the money and was really convenient provided you're willing to take a little extra time to park and take a shuttle to and from the airport instead of parking at the airport. My trip was 5 days, and I paid less than half what parking in the orange lot at the airport costs. I called the hotel when I woke up and requested a seat on the 5 am shuttle and arrived and parked without issues 10-15 minutes in advance. The instructions say to reserve your seat 2 hours ahead; I called 1.5 hours ahead, but it did not matter. I forgot to call the night before, which is what I would recommend doing for early flights. When you get there, you go into the hotel and check in with a QR code and document info about your car and then ride with a few others in a van to the airport. The driver even had a stepstool, which helped someone who was struggling to get into the vehicle. Upon landing around 11 pm, I called the hotel to request a shuttle, and it arrived within 15-20 minutes. I recommend calling as soon as you deplane or even while you are waiting for others to deplane as it will not take that long to walk to get picked up at Ground Transportation spot 7. I originally had concerns before booking parking here since there were many low Google Maps reviews mentioning waiting forever for the shuttle back to the hotel, but I do not think this is a huge concern if you plan accordingly and know to call when you land. I am glad I took the chance and highly recommend!

Had a fabulous driver and a fantastic front desk clerk when I arrived. Unfortunately when I needed to get back, the driver was a half an hour late, and there were quite a few of us waiting at midnight at the airport. We were told he was there and watched him drive off with no one and then almost a half hour later came back. The beginning experience was great. The end could’ve been better.

I needed a place to park while on a 5 day trip. I read a review on NextDoor and decided to give it a try. The lot is well lit and parking is plentiful. A shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24-7. Both drivers I met were professional and accommodating. My flight arrived at 9 so it was pretty late when I picked up my car. Dan, the driver, took me directly to my car and put my luggage in the trunk. The only negative was the condition of the van. It was difficult to get in and out, even with a small stool to get an extra boost. The van was unmarked and I wondered if possibly the hotel van was unavailable and this was a rental. That said, I definitely will park there again. At under $50 for 5 days, it’s an unbelievably good bargain.
