Easy

Great place to park. Convenient easy and affordable

This business needs some help. It is not set up to be convenient or easy to use. There are many details of service where they fall short of the mark - too many to mention. If someone contacted me from the organization, I could easily make suggestions. If this poor review is posted, it will mean they did not. I cannot confidently recommend them, until they addressed a handful of issues.

The driver was not very friendly. I got to rhe lot on time at 20 mins after the hour and called number went straight to voicemail. I text the number no response. The shuttle arrived at the hour. Hence i waited 40 mins. The driver didn’t apologize said nothing about the delay. I guess you get what you pay for cuz the price is cheap but besides that i would not recommend

Price and location are ok. What I don’t like is that I wasn’t able to enter or exit on my own. The gate must be manually opened by the shuttle driver. The shuttle stops running at midnight. And they stop opening the gate at 1am thru 4am. So if you have a late flight or a delay, you cannot get into the lot to retrieve your car. Then there’s another fee for them to come open the gate after hours. The gate should be automated so paying customers can enter and exit with ease, without paying an extra fee.

Driver was excellent

While inexpensive, this option is not convenient for air travel. When you call the number given, expect to hear the voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. Texting works but expect to wait. If your plane is late, your car remains there overnight -- and you pay more. We've used other options which are easier and more customer friendly.

Wasn't clearly marked

Was a good deal and wound up being fine. Kind of shoestring operation as far as staffing goes, and communications are a bit sketchy, but they did a good job.

I've used other lots in the area, but this one worked very well for me. Clean van and speedy transportation both directions. Would have enjoyed being dropped off at departures rather than walking so far when I got there.

was not easy to find off of 480 stopped and asked at gas station at 430 am was lucky to get to airport in time

Very friendly helpful service.

They charged us extra because we had four people in our party which I had never heard of and we use shuttles for the airport often. We were not made aware of this until after we booked. Upon pick up, we scheduled pick up at 9:20. We arrived at spot 11 as instructed at 9:17, confirmed with text, and received a message at 9:35 that we missed the shuttle and had to pay extra for a trip. Mind you we were traveling with children. We got a ride from friends to the parking lot instead of waiting and the shuttle bus was just sitting there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This was my second time using this service. I texted the company as requested, but my text was not read for at least 30 minutes. I sat outside for almost an hour before the shuttle actually came.

The shuttle service was excellent. Was cheap, on time and location was excellent. When I got back to Cleveland, I was picked up at the airport at 9:18 and by 9:30, I was on I-71 heading home. I could not ask for more than that. Would recommend and I would use it again.

The nasty driver who came to pick us up from the airport was 53 minutes late, then waited another 10 minutes before he even started driving us back to our car at midnight

timely and price efficient

Was told in an email that shuttle will run from 4 AM to 1 AM. We landed at midnight and no shuttle. I had to pay extra for a taxi to get to the lot by 1 am. Your email needs to be updated with your website. The phone number provided was automated. Can’t talk to anyone. Horrible horrible horrible. We’ll never use them again.

Somehow we just now discovered 2 Birds Shuttle! Our parking costs have been cut in half, the shuttle was timely, efficient and friendly! Thank you! We will always use 2 Birds Shuttle going forward!

Good lot for the price, recommend due to the locked gate, only issue is timing, be on time when scheduling for pickup and drop-off
