Sky Lot parking is a 5 star. The service is excellent.

Terrible service and shuttle timeliness. We were told 10 minute wait time and then after 30 minutes we had to walk to the very front booth. After we did that, of course, 3 were called and showed up at the same time. Coming home the same thing happened. We called the shuttle line both ways and no one answered.

Was a great budget option for our trip

Skylot was a fast and seamless parking experience. From drop off to pick up. Customer service is quick and easy to get in contact with. The shuttles run about every 10-15 minutes.

Took almost an hour to get to the lot from the airport shuttle location. Should’nt take that long to get people to and from the airport

Everything was okay. The main lot was full and I was not able to park there but there was another secondary lot a short drive away and the shuttle met me at my car and took me directly to the airport. On the return there was a bit of a long wait for the shuttle but it was shorter than the listed 30 minutes between shuttles so this was their published standart and it was met.

When we came back from our trip we waited one hour and fifteen minutes to get on the van to take us to our parked car. We waited when we first got there. We had called and they said someone would be there in 15 mins. A small van came and people pushed us out of the way to get on. No help from the driver. Should have been who was first. He informed the 5 of us that was left someone was coming right behind him. There was no one. Again a crowd gathered. Us 5 stood our ground when the same driver came back. No one else came while he was gone. The other company’s around us had several big vans running. Not sure how come they didn’t have a bigger van running or more drivers. They knew most of us made reservations and that we were all coming back on that day. Very poor planning. The driver got in and radioed and told them he had to leave passengers when we got on. Why didn’t he do that when he left us? Where was the driver that they said was coming after we couldn’t get on? Who is accountable? Need to make the driver not open the door for passengers get in until there is a line and order? I think we all need a refund for having to stand in the sun for that long!

We arrived at the lot, found a spot and waited for the shuttle. When the shuttle arrived at our spot it was full. The driver informed us that he would be back in 10 minutes. We decided to move to a spot in the direction the driver came from to better have a chance to get on the shuttle. We waited 30 minutes and called the company number which was not answered. A few minutes later, someone from the company called and informed us that she would check on the status of the driver. The shuttle finally arrived and we did get to the airport in time to catch our flight. The return trip was smooth. Overall, I would use Sky Lot Parking again. Our car was secure and customer service was good.

Attendant friendly and driver pleasant. Only complaint is it was a 25 minute wait for pick up at airport and when tried to call received a recording. Need to have someone answering phone!

The lot has a fence around it . My vehicle was there 2 weeks and was not bothered. The shuttle staff were helpful and very friendly Cost was also good . I would recommend it to others.

This lot is perfect for off airport parking. Was formerly known as Fasttrack Parking. Very convenient to airport & easy to find. Shuttle driver was courteous & did not hesitate to assist us with our bags. Wait time for shuttle both going to & from airport was brief. Will definitely use again.

It took 20 minutes to locate this parking lot after passing it twice and using GPS, but once at the lot all processes were smooth and just as stated. Shuttle driver at arrival was very helpful and answered questions that no one had asked. There was approximately a 20 minute wait for the shuttle at pick up in the cold, but customer service led this customer directly to the waiting area when phoned late at night. Vehicles were secure and would definitely use this lot again.
