Shuttle dropped us at the wrong location , we werent informed about multiple locations , shuttle driver told us this is a very common problem . We had to call Uber to take us to right location , Not pleasant impression after a red eye flight . Not recommending it to family and friends .

They said “take uber” because they stopped shuttle due to no available room.

I will always use this hotel for parking! The staff was very friendly, and the parking spaces are great. I was impressed when I saw the security guard making his rounds. I was confident my car was safe!

Normally I would park at the airport due to the convenience but decided to save a little money and book one stop parking instead. I was recommended one stop parking by a coworker and decided to give it a try. First and foremost, you will have to bring a PRINTED receipt to show proof of booking (which I was not informed in the email once I booked). If you don’t have the printed copy, you will have to stand there and find the email and email it to the hotel. The process was hectic and tedious , especially if you are in your 3hr window prior to departing for your flight. The check in process and waiting for the shuttle took about 30 minutes. I would definitely add an extra hour a half To set aside for the check in process alone. Arriving back to ATL, I had no idea when the next shuttle was running. My friends and I waited in the freezing cold for almost an hour being told by the front desk different times on when the shuttle would arrive to the airport. After Being told different Times , we said screw It and got a taxi. Overall , the money I spent on the parking + paying for a taxi probably equaled up to parking at the airport. I will stick to what I normally do from now on.

The shuttle didn't have the sky point hotel on it, so it was unclear that the shuttle was going to that hotel location (which is understandable since Sky Point is new). It would be nice it the shuttle drivers would call out the hotels that are serviced. Clear marking of shuttle being for One-Stop locations would work as well. Also the parking is called One-Stop, so initial thoughts are that you will be picked up and taken directly to the airport and vice versa. Stopping at mutilple other locations is not expected. That's not One-Stop thats Four-Stops. This is false advertisment in my option. Make it clear that multiple locations can and will be picked up so people on a time crunch aren't inconvenienced by the amount of time it takes to arrive or leave the airport. 30min to wait for a shuttle to come back around to the airport is too long. Wait time between shuttles arriving at the airport should be no more than 15min. Not having a central location to call causes miscommunication. Hotel staff doesn't properly communicate shuttle pick up location. They also have no control over the shuttle and can't give accurate estimates on shuttle arrival.

My friend and I waited for over an hour at the Atlanta airport on the shuttle this past Monday, November 6th. We should have seen 3 shuttles from the skypoint hotel during our wait, but we saw none. I called multiple times, and each time I told a shuttle was on the way. Finally after an hour we ubered back to the hotel, and when I called again, they told me the shuttle driver wasn't picking up the phone and they didn't know what was going on. The people at the hotel were lovely; it wasn't their fault. The driver simply never came. It was ridiculous. I'm trying to get a full refund for my reservation and the uber, but they're not responding to my emails.

Upon returning from my trip, I tried calling to ensure that the shuttle service was available. However, the phone number on the website, receipt did not work. Waited an hour at the airport for the shuttle that never showed. I ended up taking an uber to pick up to the hotel to my car.

Drop off and shuttle to the airport went as expected but when I returned on Sunday at 5:00pm, 4 calls to the pick up number and 1 hour and 15 minutes later a shuttle never came. I ended up taking a $25 taxi back to get my car. While the lady on the phone each time I called, was pleasant enough, I don’t think she knew where the shuttle was. One stop should do a better job in vetting the hotels it selects for parking services. This one should never had made the cut.

The shuttle van that took me to the airport was dirty. Hotel lobby was clean. I was told that on return I did not need to call for the shuttle, that it came regularly every half hour. When I returned from travel I waited 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle to pick me up. After half an hour I called the hotel. No answer. Mailbox full. Waited another 10 minutes and called again. My call was answered this time and I was told the shuttle would probably arrive soon. The person at the hotel said she would call the driver and tell them I was waiting. Waited another 20 minutes. No shuttle. Called the hotel again and was told they would check with the shuttle driver again but that they (the hotel) wasn't responsible. I asked that they call me back after checking with the driver and let me know what was happening. No call back. Waited another half hour, reluctant to spend money on a cab. Finally after waiting in 90 degree temperature the shuttle arrived at the airport pickup spot. He dropped several people off who did not have any luggage. Possibly airport workers? I told the driver I'd been waiting for an hour and a half. He started to yell at me, said he'd been through before, that I must have missed him. This was a lie. On the way to the hotel he apologized for his rudeness. Then I overheard him on his phone telling someone he was off schedule because he had to get a phone charger. BTW the van had no AC.

I have always parked at this lot with reasonable price. I do t know whether Best Western Plus changed names or what but the new price hike on parking was to much. I will be parking somewhere else for all my future travels. Plus I couldn’t find a place to park so an employee did more their car so I could park and catch the shuttle.

This is the worst place ever these people are rude and ghetto I was at the airport at 11:38 pm when I called i was told the shuttle stop running to get a taxi or Uber it clearly stated that the shuttle stop running at 1am I will never park there worst parking ever

I had no problem riding the shuttle to the airport. However the return shuttle took way too long to come, about 1 hour. When asking what does the shuttle look like, would it have the Best Western Plus sign on the body of the bus? The answer was, ‘’well it could be either white, grey or something else. The name may not be on the bus, but the driver would yell out’. We are in the process of transitioning.’ Well, that is way Too Confusing!!! Sorry that would be my last time parking here.

Front desk lady was rude on the phone and in person , shuttle driver was on the phone didn’t acknowledge us being in the car , had his own conversation . But coming back from the airport our driver was nice .
