This was the worse experience I ever had and I park my car all the time in different spots, on the 30 th they would not let us out the gate it was to the point of calling the police, the spot was already paid for we showed everything we needed to no problem getting in to park with the information ihad, but hell getting out I would NOT ever recommend no one to park here and I also rated yall on Facebook I was late for work held in the gate nearly 25 minutes very upset and after a 8 hour flight we was ready to go home but got held in, they would not open the gate an my husband has kidney failure so this was very uncomfortable for us. Please don't let no one else experience this! Thanks would love to here yall response

I have parked at sky one and two many times in the last six months and have had to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to 50 minutes for a shuttle to arrive in my return trip

I booked my parking a month in advanced, I arrived at the site on Thursday 8/20, the agent at the booth was very RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. When I got to the booth, I showed the agent my Reservation , it was a screenshot with my full name, my reservation number, the address of the parking lot, the lot number, the amount I paid. The agent insisted on seeing a full email with the full dates on it. I couldn't located at the moment. I asked him if I can go in, so I can find this information. He said, "NO, you can only go in if you show me the email with the dates on it, or you would have to pay to enter." Long story short, I gave him my credit card and was charged 65.00. I got in the parking lot, I got on my one stop app, found the information, and went back to the guy and showed him the information he wanted to see. I asked about my refund, he said, " well you have to call the people you booked through." I asked him for their customer service number, he says, "I don't know.," I asked for an email address to request my refund, he said, " I don't know the email." A passenger in the van help me with Sky Lot customer service number. I called the number 3x in two days, I finally got someone to talk to. The lady gave me an email address to address the issue. I wrote the email on 8/22, I'm still waiting for a response from someone 😳. I got back in the van. I asked the driver for my parking location ticket, he said, "oh, when you get back just tell the driver you are in lot # 2.

The best thing about Sky Lot 2 is they operate 27/7 and that is great! They also are close to the Atlanta airport! Thank you.

At my departure the van driver was helpful and informative, making sure we knew where to go on our return. Upon return my car would not start and the guys were very helpful and sweet to get me going and make sure I was safe and OK.

The customer service was excellent! I did miss the turn the first time but I called and they gave me excellent instructions. The drivers did all the lifting of the suitcases. The driver taking us to the airport gave us a card that showed where we were parked to hand to the driver on the way back after our trip. Did not have a long wait for a shuttle coming or going.

When we arrived, we could not get into the gate to park because the gate was down and we had to wait for a representative to come to the gate to let us in (after seeing our reservation). They only had one person working the check out and check in. Needless to say, we were trying to catch a flight, so time was definitely of essence. We finally got the shuttle, and he let us out on the lower level of the airport which was different because we are usually let out with most shuttles on top at departure. On our return back to Atlanta, the plane was delayed due to the weather, and we were three hours late picking up our car. We explained the situation and showed proof and sky parking actually charged us $13 for an additional day. I was definitely taken back because most car lots give you an hourly penalty because things happen. The customer service here was definitely left to be desired and I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PARK MY CAR THERE!!!!

Excellent price per day. Shuttle on time and drivers and staff very courteous and helpful.

I told very clearly to the Lady and the other person that Shuttle was late, we had lot of passengers waiting and that was the delay, asked us to pay extra for one day. this is not good

My return flight into Atlanta was delayed by about two hours due to circumstances completely outside of my control. I even showed proof of the flight delay, but they still charged me for an additional full day of parking. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta is one of the busiest airports in the world, and flight delays happen. A little understanding and reasonable customer service would have gone a long way. Instead, I was penalized for something I couldn’t prevent. There are plenty of parking options around the airport, and based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Shuttle was readily available without any wait time. Staff is friendly too. Lot is in good condition.

ONLY 1 SHUTTLE RUNNING & THE AIRPORT WAS VERY BUSY !! :( :( NOT WORTH SAVING FEW DOLLARS !! LOTS OF FRUSTRATION AT 10 PM AT NIGHT. NIGHT TIME SHOULD BE FASTER PICKUP. PEOPLE WANT TO GO HOME OR CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL ASAP. IT WAS STILL VERY HOT EVEN AT 10 P.M. :( :(

The location is great. I would suggest that they have a sign or a partition at the pickup location at the airport telling people to make a line or the should place markers so people will not jump in line or have any commotion since the pickup location is shared with other companies
