Gets me job done at a good price. Parking seems to be a secondary concern. They are a cheap car rental operation that does parking as a side business. Pretty disorganized check in, which is done at a separate desk with a sign stating, “ Rental return only”. Shuttle was fast and efficient both ways. Shuttle does not go to terminal but to the main rental car center. From there you need to take the ATL Skytrain to the domestic terminal, or a shuttle bus to International. No biggie - but add 15 or so extra minutes to allow for connecting, Everyone was nice. Just kind of disorganized.

Requires one extra step in riding the shuttle to the Rental Car Center. Crowded lot.

The customer service and ease of transitioning to the airport was truly above reproach. The driver, check-in and check-out personnel were very professional and timely. I will definitely use this service in the future.

The shuttle driver was the best. I wish I had his name to add to the review.

Good Service

I parked my vehicle at Routes Atlanta Airport for 10 days while on a trip to Europe and was pleased to pay $5 a day for the service. I was very alarmed when I was asked to turn in my car key and leave it while I was on my trip. This was a definite departure from any other long term parking experiences I’ve had. The shuttle only drops off at one location. It does not drop off at the international terminal. This required us to have to take an additional train and shuttle once we were dropped off on the airport property. It took nearly an hour to get to the international terminal from the time we dropped off our car at the Routes lot. As a result, we decided to Uber back to the Routes lot after returning from I our trip. Overall I am not sure we’ll will try using Routes again.

I booked last minute and didn't read the fine print. 1 - the shuttle does NOT go to the terminal, it drops you off at the rental car building and you have to catch the air train to the terminal. BUMMER. and 2 - they keep your car keys which I wasn't to keen on, but again I'd not read the print and needed to catch my flight. Other than that it was cool. I guess it's just a matter of preference and convenience. If no other option I would use them again.

Not made aware that the shuttle driver stopped at 11pm. Arrived back used app made multiple calls never once told no shuttle driver .

Great location and customer dedicated team

The shuttle was NOT 24/7, an important detail that was missing. The lot did not have enough space for cars. There was no method of knowing that since I would have been in a terrible position if there was no space. The only thing that stood out as a positive was the incredible customer service that I received when I was there. The night shift guy went above and beyond to help me figure out how to work with the details. I will not be using this parking lot next time I book parking.

My GPS kept messing up trying to get me to the location I selected…:I was frustrated by the time I got there. But the man that drove the shuttle was VERY helpful…reassuring…and kind. I would use the system again just because of him!! Then trying to find the shuttle pick up….then was hard finding the shuttle pick up at the airport….make sure you take notes🤣🤣

They take your keys and keep them. That was my first issue. Secondly, asked twice and was told shuttle is 247. That is aside what they email you. Yep, it’s not! Not sure why they advertise for that. Ended up taking an uber. Total would be much cheaper at any expensive lot. I would stay away.

Timely and polite. Could give a handout about Departure and Arrival instructions, concerning the Sky train and how to get back and forth to the Shuttle pick up and drop off locations. The big Airport Train has so many concourse points that I could barely see the baggage claim circle. I really had to be paying attention to the two different entities of "Routes" and "One Stop Parking", to realize I needed to go to a "Rental Car Center" ????

My personal opinion is I will never use this service again as it doesn't drop me off at my vehicle nor picks me up at my vehicle and then maybe I didn't read the fine print, but you do not get dropped off at the terminal as well. I even had to wait for the driver.I was pre checked in with my boarding pass and just had to get rid of my luggage. I had plenty of time After all the website says you're located 2 Miles from the Airport, but when I sat there and waited for the driver to come back, I started getting nervous then when I got dropped off .The time that I got there to the terminal they would not Check my Luggage. Therefore I had to stay at the till 8 pm to take my flight to washington state. Was a 10 am flight. 2 weeks returned, I couldn't get correct directions from people in the airport. That night that I flew in and had my luggage trying to find my driver a storm came through and in that section that we have to go to outside the terminal where you take the tran train, wind and rain comes through there, it's like walking outside, just about. I was traveling by myself. It has now dark ,raining, and storming I was tired frustrating and getting scared. Yes I finally got to where I needed to go for the driver and once I was there to get my key, I was charged 35 some dollars more. I started to ask why but then stopped, because I Knew you wouldn't care that I was having problems finding the location of the driver. You never even gave me a receipt.

Hard to fine shuttle pickup location from terminal.

The one complaint I have is when you return to get your vehicle back. Is some what disorganized due to keys not being properly labeled. But that is an easy fix

The staff was extremely nice and the inside was nice. I would say the lot could have better landscaping
