I always park at Regal Parking. But the last two times the waits have been horrible. In March when weather was still cold, we waited 40 minutes for a shuttle. Last Sunday, when it was rainy and very windy, we waited OVER AN HOUR. this is unacceptable to me. I will probably spend a little more and choose another parking service. It is worth more $$$ not to wait this long for a shuttle when I see other parking services shuttles come by multiple times while I am waiting for Regal!!!

There was no shuttle service.

This place needs to fix that problem near the building. A lot of birds shit and poop my car, and I waste money to clean it.

They made my check in process easy, and accommodating. The gentleman at the front desk is an exceptional human being, is very understanding and kind. I thank him and Regal Parking for the high-quality service they provided. The pickup time was not long either, and the shuttle used to pick me up was in great condition. Overall, I would use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a low-cost parking while they're traveling to the Philadelphia airport.

After picking up bags, exit PHL to Zone 3 Shuttle pickup, & call # provided. Dispatch sends driver text of customers name & contract info, for pickups. (Driver then has the last name & number of people in party, for contracted/pd customers, for pick up. Driver was very good.

Great rate for airport parking. Lot had plenty of spaces. Shuttle timing was acceptable. Would definitely use again.

As the title says, they overbooked two different lots, so even with a reservation, I couldn't get a spot at the first lot. They then sent me to a second lot, which was also overbooked and incredibly slow. Luckily, I had left early enough to originally be 2 hours early for my flight, but by the time they overflowed both lots (they ended up making me park on the ungated driveway into the lot, and since it took so long I didn't have any other options), I made it to my gate with barely 30 minutes to spare. Never using them again.

Muy Buen Servicio

An inexpensive car babysitter

Everything went smoothly. Thank you.

Perfecto

Upon arrival, Regal lot was full and they re-routed us to another company’s lot. The second lot was very chaotic with no clear direction or order. We eventually parked on our own and had to flag a shuttle driving into the lot. Upon returning, the shuttle was quick and this driver was great

Easy drop off. Shuttle was right there to leave. Upon returning home, shuttle was right there. Easy peasy!

The man who picked us up at the airport with Regal shuttle wa rude and miserable. I was told to be at area 3 for pickup, there was a lot of people, a shuttle bus from another company and a lot of traffic. I was about 50 feet from the sign for area 3 , the driver stopped for about 5 seconds, started to drive away, when I yelled for him to stop, which he did, he made a rude comment about me not being where I was supposed to be and was very angry with me as he loaded my bags. Will not use Regal in the future

Lowest price, close to airport

I recently used Regal Parking for airport parking, and overall, I had a smooth and hassle-free experience. The booking process was straightforward, and the pricing was reasonable compared to other options nearby. Upon arrival, the staff was professional and efficient, quickly assisting with parking and transportation to the terminal. The shuttle service was timely, and I didn’t have to wait long either when I returned. My car was safe and in the same condition I left it, which is always a top priority. The only area for improvement would be clearer signage for first-time users, as navigating the lot could be slightly confusing at peak hours. However, the customer service team was helpful in guiding me when I called. Overall, I would definitely use Regal Parking again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and secure airport parking option.

No problems with pick up or drop off !

Shuttle service was very timely

The waiting time was L9nger than Ussual

Honest review from a real person who uses this lot. I’ve been here twice and have had good experiences each time. There was a place to park my car, check-in was smooth, and the shuttle got me to and from the airport in roughly 20 min. There are a lot of mixed reviews about this lot, here’s why: this lot requires the customer to have some level of self sufficiency. They aren’t going to hold your hand every step of the way. They aren’t going to pick you up from your car. They are from another country so communication is limited. That said, it’s a parking lot people. If you need your butt powdered to and from your vehicle and palm fanned on your way to the airport, this lot is not for you. There are plenty of other lots in the area for 2-4x the price. If you are self sufficient, unpretentious, and want a great value, this lot comes highly recommended. Oh and for all of those people who can’t seem to figure out how to get the shuttle to pick them up from the airport. Open your phone, click the link they texted you when you checked in, and use the webpage to let them know that you’re ready. They’ll be there in 15-20 min.
