On time

I was very surprised and happy with the experience. Very easy to find, fast and friendly staff. Price was outstanding and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you ARB! (watch where you turn in, they are the next turn, not the one you might think, look at the sign).

Finding the lot was easy. The condition of the lot was fair. Everything went well and our car was good.

Been using this lot for years. In the past, the parking experience was easy and timely. Recently, their shuttle service has not been good. Waiting in-line to park your car is not ideal, though if you arrive early enough, it's not a huge deal. However, waiting for a shuttle for over 30 minutes after a long flight is not what you'd expect. It's convenient to click a text link for shuttle pickup, but the wait time is too long, and dialing their phone number multiple times before anyone answers is disconcerting. We saw other parking lot shuttles go around two to three times before the ARB shuttle arrived. When it did finally arrive, per the driver, we were not allowed on the shuttle because it wasn't our turn. Huh? That was Infuriating! The lot is conveniently located. The nightly rate is better than most, and vehicle security hasn't been an issue. However, it may be worth it to pay a little more to get swift drop-off and pickup service. Based on our recent experiences parking at ARB, I would like to know their shuttle service improved before recommending their lot to others.

According to our GPS, the lot was on the right and had us turn in at the stop light, then make a left to a fenced in dead end. Luckily, there was an employee of the business by his car and knew exactly where the ABR lot was, mainly because lots of people make the same mistake we did. The travel and parking lanes are narrow in the lot and their flow of traffic goes against the parking lines. You should really go past the spot you want and back in as there is barely enough room to turn. The shuttle was there in minutes to pick us up for the 10 minute drive to the airport. The return shuttle took maybe 15-20 minutes to pick us up. That wasn't bad, but the AC was out in the van and it was really hot when 10 passengers are in it and it's standing still.

Entering: Not enough entry points, line was backed up over 20 cars. Slow process, approximately 2 minutes/car just to enter. Almost missed my flight. Shuttle: Not enough shuttles running. Waited nearly 45 minutes upon return and only 1 shuttle running. Parking: Lot is in fair shape with weed, mud and gravel. Too many cars were being packed into the lot.

Very positive experience. Easy to find. Easy to deal with. On case of an issue they pick up the phone right away. Very positive experience.

The ad for this service said shuttles every 10 min, and there was a phone number to call for pickup. It took 5 calls before someone picked up the phone, and the recording when no one did was "the mailbox is full and cannot accept messages." Once a person answered, they said the shuttle would be there in 20-30 minutes, which was optimistic. From my first attempt at calling to being picked up was about 40 minutes, during which time shuttles from many, many competitors each had multiple vans stop to pick up passengers. I got what I paid for with this discount provider.

Best rate and great location. Very close to the airport. Shuttle was on time and efficient. When getting on the shuttle after landing I liked that the driver called passengers in order they called for the shuttle. Too often on other lots shuttles people that showed up last would jump to the front to get on the shuttle and the people waiting first couldn’t get on. Only downside was the lot was very crowded and navigating to get out was tight with cars parked in the driving lanes. Can’t imagine if I had a large SUV or truck.

My first time experience was very good ! Both drivers ( coming to and leaving from the airport ) were professional. I will consider using Arb parking again when needed.

Good driver

location and staff were wonderful, but you could do more vans for shuttle, we waited a long time, but overall it was good.,

Nice location

Thank you

great place to park on time , and safe !

Convenient parking at a reasonable price with excellent service.

Always easy to use and staff are very helpful. Happy customer.

best pricing I found. Pickup took 8 minutes or so. Not bad.

Shuttle took longer than expected for pickup

It’s a very organized parking lot and was very convenient. I also like the fact that they pick you up and drop you off at your car.
