Very disorganized parking lot...was a mess. Cars parking everywhere...partially blocking entrances and exits. No one in the office upon night time arrival. Luckily the driver waited to make sure my wife wasn't alone as I walked to retrieve my car. It was dark and she was by herself.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about the way my recent rental pickup was handled. All flights to Philadelphia were grounded, with no flights arriving or departing until much later. Anyone who saw the news that day was aware of the situation. Because of the widespread flight disruption, there was absolutely no way for me to make my scheduled pickup time, and I was able to provide proof that the delay was completely outside of my control. Despite this, the employee at the desk told me he did not care and insisted that I would still be charged a late fee. When I explained the situation, he told me that he was not the government and that your company was a private business, and that I should call the airline. I understand that your company has policies, but there should also be some consideration for circumstances that are completely beyond a customer's control. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and showed a complete lack of understanding or customer service. I am requesting that the late fee be removed and that this incident be reviewed. After this experience, I cannot recommend your company to others and will seriously reconsider using your services again. Sincerely, Erin

It worked, so I can’t really complain. But everything seemed like it was just fixed up enough to work, but not a really professional service. The check in process was awkward. The process to get picked up at the airport seemed awkward. The shuttle bus had AC, but it wasn’t adequate. The shuttle bus engine misfired a few times . . . maybe it was just a bad day for them . . . But - in the long run, it worked. And it was the cheapest I found.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Parking is always tight because they try and cram every car they can in. Used this service for a short weekend trip, unfortunately flight cancelled due to major snow storm. Rebooked for next day. Come back to parking lot clear off car and head out. Lot owner calls me back to say I owe additional money for keeping my car 2-3 days more. My flight was to come back Monday with the cancellation I got back Tuesday. I tell him it’s not my fault for cancellations due to winter storm. The state was under and emergency. He’s still saying I owe for 2 days. He proceeds to hang up phone saying I got your card M*****F*****. Absolutely not will NEVER use them again. A bunch of SCAMMERS

I liked parking my car independently. Shuttle was prompt in picking me up, instructions were clear

This has been my choice of parking for the past 3 years due to overall affordability. They are one of the few who do not price gouge and attempt to rip us off. Do not expect to be leaving your vehicle in safe hands while you are away. You may want to consider taking that clunker/beater car to leave in this lot. Lastly, they will stop at nothing to inconvenience you if their vans are not at full capacity in order to save themselves a few dollars in gas. This is an amazing parking lot if you: 1.) Are habitually VERY early to the airport, 2.) You have a second vehicle that you do not care about, and 3.) You are a patient individual. Cheers.

It was easy and smooth

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with their UNDERSTANDING , COMPASSION , and SYMPATHY at MS parking. I booked 6 days of parking. One the last day of my trip the airlines cancelled my flight leaving me stranded. I called MS immediately to let them know and they charged me $12 for the additional day. I told them what happened with the airlines an they could care less about my situation. I asked to have the additional day at the rate I paid for the 6 days. They said not my problem. I am thoroughly DISGUSTED with MS Parking. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I am looking now for other parking for my upcoming trips. In addition, the van made a banging noise when he shifted into gear and the van shook while we were driving as well. I did not feel safe.

Great location and valet parking service. Just need to increase more shuttles due to crowd passenger. Nice location .

I have parked my vehicle here for a couple of years. Each experience is positive. This year they have valet parking which I thought would like longer but it doesn't. Round trip shuttle is quick. Staff is always ready with our keys or vehicle. I always find a discounted price! Love it.

Timing was perfect to and from the airport!

Upon arrival, it took 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive! I ended up having to call an uber! The guy at the desk kept saying it would arrive in 10-15 minutes.

It's a safe great parking lot

Had a horrible experience. The staff over all were not friendly. Waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to the airport then when we were being driven to the airport the driver was texting while driving. I did ask him to stop and he did. When we returned we waited at least 25 minutes for the shuttle. The driver was rude. When we arrived at the lot I went inside for my key and ask for my car because it was not pulled up and the man at the desk was extremely rude. The shuttle was very dirty. Not worth the few dollars I saved using this company

It took almost an hour to get a return shuttle to pick-up my car. Multiple parties were waiting and the shuttle filled at the first terminal. The shuttle proceeded to stop at every terminal and offer one seat to parties of 4-5 and got in a verbal altercation with another party. Upon return, I was told my car was "on the left side" and when i found it in the sea of cars, it was boxed in on all sides so I had to return to the desk to ask if it could be freed. Eventually, I was able to get my car and it seemed to be in good condition.
