Self-Parking Quality Hotel - Dorval

Booking process was easy. Parking lot seemed quite full but there were still space available. The gate system and QR code didn't seem to work but pushing the button at the gate got the gate opened both in and out of the lot. Shuttle was a bit longer wait at airport but we were there at peak late afternoon time so it is to be expected. Overall a positive experience at a much cheaper cost than at the airport.

moved my car

had no complaint until i realized they had moved my car in need for space... I sur did'nt give my permission for that to happen as i paid to parked my car in a lot where i intended it to stay intact. This being said, the shuttle was great, felt secured and had no direct issue with the customer service.

Had difficulty reaching shuttle driver

after arriving at the pick up location, I called the phone number they gave me about 12-15 times without getting an answer. I then had to look up the number for the Quality Inn and called them for pickup. The desk clerk was very short and said due to traffic issues, they were just running the shuttle every hour. The shuttle did not arrive for another hour. On the drive back to Quality Hotel, I did not see any significant traffic delays.

It was the second time I used the Quality Dorval parking for 14 days. Excellent price, easy to find, only 7-10 minutes from the Airport, shuttle every 30 minutes and the service at the hotel is amazing, they gave us clear instructions.
