Much less expensive than parking at the actual airport. Lot is gravel and unsupervised which isn't the best but is good enough provided you leave nothing visible in your vehicle. Shuttle service was good, timely and comfortable.

Parking was pretty convenient, but place was not very easy to find, and door to lobby didn't open well. Otherwise, very satisfied, and will likely do this again.

Thankful to find parking - airport shuttle drivers were both fantastic but the staff at the hotel were of no help. They were unaware how long the shuttle driver would be. When we arrived at the airport they stated 20 min pick up - we were 30min so I called them again and they had not even called to tell the driver we were waiting.

There’s usually not much to tell about a parking lot with a shuttle, but in our case there is! We got our luggage at 12:55 am immediately called hotel to let them know we needed our shuttle. The gentleman replied that the shuttle had just left the airport I confirmed the pickup same location we got dropped. Immediately directed to the pickup door . 13:30 no shuttle all other shuttles came 1:45 still nothing we are the only ones left waiting… called hotel they said he had already left the hotel to airport. 1:55 still no shuttle! Recalled hotel they said they would contact driver to see where he was… hotel calls back saying that he’s on his way should be there between 10-13 minutes. 2:20 shuttle arrives 1:20 minutes late (2 pickups missed!) I asked the driver if he spoke French or English he very abruptly replied in French pourquoi? I asked him if he got lost? He began yelling that he would not tolerate any verbal abuse and that if I replied he would kick me out of his bus… Having had a 4.5 hour very uncomfortable flight 1:30 hour waiting for my shuttle and another 60 minutes in front of me of driving home. I just kept quiet even though he was yelling and insisting that I reply. Finally we took off and it took 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel, yes 10 minutes! But let’s be clear I did want to belt the sucker for being a lier and a bad employee! I have no idea where he was or what he was really doing, but suffice it to say it will be my last baymont parking experience!

Bon service, localisation et prix ! Par contre, le côté négatif et le parking durant la saison hivernal. Il pourrais y avoir plus d'entretiens à ce niveau. Mention spécial à Raymond le chauffeur de navette qui est super sympathique et qui offre un service exceptionnel. Nous allons réutilisé ce parking assurément !

Affordable convenience and great service with free airport shuttle parking is also cheaper than airport

After having an issue with another parking lot, we were able to book a last‑minute spot at Baymont, which worked out really well. Check‑in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were very helpful when we gave our car details. The price was reasonable, and they were quick to respond when we had questions. While we were away, there was a snowstorm, but when we got back, the area around the car had already been cleared, making it easy to leave. We’ll definitely use Baymont again for Montreal airport parking.

Glad to have parking

I was disappointed that the shuttle wasn’t available for my friend and I . The hotel said the bus driver didn’t show up for work and we have to pay for a taxi so we can be refund later on . And on the way back the same thing again no shuttle . That was false advertising!!! This is my first time with you guys I hope I get refund at least

There was no shuttle service even though we had double checked with a call to the hotel at time of booking and were told there was a shuttle service every half hour and it was also mentioned on our confirmation email. We are a family of 6 travelling with luggage and ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to the airport and back to the hotel at the end of our trip. The clerk at the hotel counter wasn’t helpful at all, didn’t accept to cover the cost of taxi claiming that there was no manager on site so he couldn’t do anything. Taking into account the additional charges for transportation to and from the airport we probably should have parked at the airport. This was not a really good experience.

I had any problem

I booked at this location because they offered a free shuttle service for our return on January 3, 2026, around 2:00 AM. This was confirmed on December 26 when we dropped off our car. We were told we only had to call and a shuttle would pick us up. Upon our return, we were told the shuttle service was no longer available and that we would be reimbursed for taking a taxi. I left the taxi receipt with my contact information for the reimbursement, but I haven't heard anything since. I am awaiting the reimbursement at 514-962-0779; otherwise, I will file a complaint for false advertising.

We got there with no shuttle bus service due to winter storm and short staff.The front desk clerk called an Uber right away knowing we had a short amount of time to catch our flight to Cuba. Clerk was calm and we were amazed by how fast the Ubber driver came. Within 10-15 minutes. We made it on time. And coming back from our trip we had our flight delayed so we emailed the hotel to inform them we are late by a day. We called the front desk to ask for shuttle service but they still don't have it. Either way we had a driver come pick us up within 20 minutes which was nice. Driver was helpful patient and friendly. Our return flight trip was the worst experience with WestJet but this parking experience was not stressful. The driver was kind enough to drop us off at our car so it wouldn't be difficult to carry our luggage from the front lobby to checkout to the car. During a winter storm and holidays when there isn't enough drivers hence why there was no shuttle service, we had staff making sure we got our ride to the airport and vice versa on time. It could have been stressful if we didn't get the ride from point A to B but they were kind enough to call for a driver and solving the situation in a timely matter. So I would recommend for anyone to book this parking spot. It's not too far from the airport and price is reasonable.
