Shuttle Information
Arrival
Upon your arrival at Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Airport, please park in front of the hotel and proceed to the front desk to complete the check-in process. You will be required to present your room and parking voucher, a valid government-issued photo ID, and your vehicle's license plate number and model, as well as a credit card for incidentals.
The front desk team will verify your reservation details, finalize the registration, provide room keys, and request your signature on the parking agreement form. Following check-in, please proceed to the on-site parking facility using the parking ticket provided by the front desk. Parking is available in any designated space unless otherwise indicated by hotel signage.
Transfer
Shuttle service runs 24/7. The shuttle departs on the :15 and the :45 of the hour, except between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM, when it runs on the :15 mark of the hour only.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to Gate #8 at the airport and call (514-788-5120) to arrange for a shuttle pickup from the airport.
