Shuttle Information
Arrival
Upon arrival at the airport, experienced drivers from ParkOneToronto will meet you directly at your departure terminal (read below for meeting point instructions). They assist with your luggage and take charge of your vehicle
Handover your vehicle keys to your designated ParkOne Valet Driver, pay the balance due (card machine available with attendant) and enter the terminal.
• For Terminal 1 Departures:
Please drive to the departure level of Terminal 1 outside laneway, our valet attendant will wait for you between posts 20-32 with your parking ticket and return information.
Please do not drive into the inside laneway, as it is reserved for authorized vehicles only.
• For Terminal 3 Departures:
Please drive to the departure level of Terminal 3, our valet attendant will wait for you between posts 17-21 with your parking ticket and return information.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to the designated valet meeting area to retrieve your vehicle and meet your driver.
• For Terminal 1 Arrival: Meet your valet driver and car at Post D-1
• For Terminal 3 Arrivals: Meet your valet driver and car between post 22-28.
