There was nobody at 180 Attwel No response to numerous phone calls terrible response ! Only good thing they gave me a refund!

We arrived at the designated address, but there was no signage, so we wondered if we were scammed. But, we called the number and a driver appeared soon after. Their 'shuttle service' was their driver driving us to the airport in our own car! We had to leave our car key with the driver to drive the car back to a lot for storage. On our return, we called and a driver met us quickly - in our car. Overall, the parking was quite a bit cheaper than the big boys - but there were some anxious moments. Their advertising should have been clearer so we knew what to expect. I don't know if we will use them again.

Great first experience doing park n fly, i would definitely use this service again. Drivers came within 5 minutes of calling/ scheduled time. Easy to find and convenient as opposed to having to wait for a shuttle

I used park n drop while traveling internationally in July 2026. Just prior to my return, I received an email for drop n park explaining that retrieval of my car would be delayed. I was told the valet driver for my car had left my keys in another customer’s car, and that the customer had driven them to his home over 2 hours away. Drop n park was aware of the issue the day before my return, but did not attempt to retrieve the keys from the other customer until the day of my return. My reserved time of pick up was 4pm; my car was not available until 6:30pm. Originally, Drop n park ordered partial compensation, then agreed to a full refund. After more than 7 exchanges with the manager, Bunny, communication from drop n park has ceased. I never received a refund. Concerns: Safety: my keys were not properly supervised, posing a safety and security risk to my personal property. Customer service: see above. Professionalism: zero accountability for safety risk and poor customer service.

This was the easiest parking experience I've ever had. They dropped me off & picked me up in my own vehicle. No waiting! Great rate. Highly recommend DropNPark.

The drop off location was very difficult for us to find at 3:30 am when the lot and buildings were dark. As others have said, we would suggest better signage. When we repeatedly called the phone number when we arrived to what we thought was the correct location, there was no answer. We discovered we were not in the exact drop off location where the driver was waiting for us, but eventually he did find us, and from there, we had a very quick drop off at the airport. We were promptly picked up when we returned, with good communication from the driver.

Arrived at the address and there was nothing there. No cars. Nothing. This is a scam.

Was in time

Both drivers on drop off and pick up were nice and kind. However, the phone agent were extremely rude, criticized me of not on time. cut me off, XuXuXu me, not letting me talk. I said I was going to be late to catch the departure flight. He did not care. He said I had to wait for my turn due to my lateness. He had no compassion, no understanding. When I was back, he wrongly accused me of yelling at him when I was just asking him to send me a driver to pick me up. He asked me not to argue with him when I did not argue at all. but he was not doing his job, but wasting my time arguing, arguing. He was more interested in arguing, instead of doing his job. He said he did not care whether I come back and do business with this company. He asked me where I was going to after picking up my car, which is none of his business (when I said I was already late).

Hard to find parking location building had a sign saying that the business is no longer operating out of this building and then when requested a pick up, they had me wait and then call back. They told me they’re gonna send a Uber to drop me to the terminal and to leave my keys with the Uber driver and still has not given me a refund stay away

Great service and easy to follow

Could not find the lot (no lights, could not see sign). After that, drop-off was fine. For pickup, they did not have a driver to bring my vehicle. I was travelling with 2 large dogs, which is why I booked this service. They tried to find me a ride, but no vehicle could fit the dog crates, dogs, luggage and myself, why I booked the service in my vehicle. I had to wait over 1.5 hours for them to bring my van to me.

My driver Dhiraj was very friendly and was very patient with giving directions when I couldn't find the lot. Very great experience.

Drivers are friendly and easy to contact. Arrived at 1am and called them for pick up, quick phone call, told me where should we meet up and boom they're there. Quick, fast, efficient and most important.... cheap parking near the airport. Would recommend them to family and friends. And will for sure be booking with them again.

The service was good. However, I did not know where my car and keys was kept. Those are information the customer should know.

It’s advertised as valet service, but we had to follow another vehicle to the airport from the parking lot and then to be picked up. It took almost an hour because we were picked up after 3540 minutes and then we had to drive the driver back to the parking lot that’s not valet service. Also, there’s not really an advertisement describing the surface.

It was difficult for us to find the company , especially at 3am when it’s dark out. Better signage off the main road would be helpful. Everything else was great. I recommend!
