Holiday Inn airport parking

The front desk attendant met me with sass and attitude the early morning of Oct 14th. She was waving her hands, rolling her eyes, and wasn’t being a pleasant individual. She was not in the least bit helpful getting checked in and dropping the vehicle off. When asked simple questions, she said there was instructions in the email and I physically pulled up the confirmation with no instructions, still unnecessary to have to take the time to prove myself, as her responses could have been with a different more professional approach. We arrived at 4:30am that morning and she was trying to tell us we would have to wait for the 5:30am shuttle (we flew out at 6:30am that morning). Thankfully the shuttle driver waited for us and took us to the airport in a timely manner, the pick up process was smooth from the shuttle driver also.

The process to book was easy and the reservation check-in was smooth. Really appreciated that the shuttle was quick to pick up.

Not as promised

Called ahead for shuttle time to airport, got there and I wasn’t on the list. Would have had to wait 30 minutes for next shuttle if one of the passengers was not a no show. On return, waited almost an hour for pickup. Do not recommend

Shuttle timeliness is a problem

Shuttle can be an issue. I waited over a half an hour. I called for pick up and he said 15 minutes, but he didn’t show for 35.

Grateful

So thankful for the option to park there at the Holiday Inn Express. Good customer service at the hotel & a safe place to leave your car. As a first time user of this service & new flyer, I could have used a little more explanation on the whole process.

Efficient and timely

Friendly staff and timely shuttle. We walked offnof plane, retrieved our baggage and the shuttle was waiting when we made it to the pick-up area. Of course, it so happened that the shuttle had just left the hotel when I called on arrival, so luck played a part on its timely arrival. I would absolutely use this service again.
