A customer that was happy 😊

This is my second time using this location and I love it. Easy to find no hassle to park and you are off to the airport just a short drive and you are there. The best parking spot in Nashville everyone is friendly and kind.

Great Parking Option for Flying

On arrival customer service was absolutely amazing! Super friendly at the front desk and accommodating, the shuttle arrived within a couple of minutes and we were at the airport in less than 10 minutes. Our return was not as nice. The shuttle took almost 40 minutes from my initial call to arrive and the driver seemed annoyed to have to pick us up. Ultimately it is a good option for parking that cut the price in half of what we would have paid to park at the airport.

Frequent visitor

This was at least our 6th time parking at either Avid or her sister hotel, Cambria. We have consistently had positive experiences and will keep using them for all of our trips. The shuttle system is easy and always available in a reasonable amount of time. The process is simple and smooth.

Over sold, expects you to sign a waiver to park in street

We did the stay and fly. When we got there there were no parking spaces left. They don’t even insure you can park if you are staying at the hotel either. The guy at the desk could care less. I asked if they over sell parking often and he said yes. He said I could park in the street and expected me to sign a damage waiver. I paid to park at their hotel for 5 days. Not even sure they have a right to charge you to park in the public street. Never again

The check in staff was meh

When we got there the check in staff for meh. No smile, no happy greeting just meh. The service was quick and thorough but just nothing spectacular. Pickup and drop off were perfect.

Shuttle driver could have waited for me

Shuttle driver left before I arrived at the pickup spot. True, it was a few minutes past midnight, when shuttle service ended - but he knew I was on the way, as I had called when I landed.

Mixed experience

The clerk Angel greeted us warmly. A kind gentleman took us immediately and safely to the airport. On the way back however it was not a good experience. We waited to call the hotel for the shuttle till we had our bags in hand, because we did not want to inconvenience the shuttle driver. We waited in the extreme heat for 25 minutes while other people who got there after we did were picked up by their hotel buses. When I called the hotel and asked about the delay she did not know, because she saw the driver and he was in the parking lot. We confirmed we were in the right spot and proceeded to wait in the heat for 10 more minutes. We were treated to rap music on the 5 minute drive to the hotel. The driver did not explain the delay.

Shuttle not labeled to be seen

Shuttle had a sign for Cambria in large readable letters from far away but very small type for Avid, so couldn't read it and it left without me. Took 30 min to get the shuttle.

Fast and friendly.

I was taken to the airport on time and was picked up on arrival. I called the hotel when I was heading to share ride lane and the shuttle was waiting when I got there. That was how fast the shuttle got there! I'll park here again.
