We do not recommend

Good service for the transfer to the airport. For the return very poor service: -2h wait at the airport -rude driver and even borderline aggressive -vehicle not identified as belonging to the company

Good!

Efficient parking service. The shuttle was on-site when we arrived, so parking and boarding went quickly! On our return, we called and they came to pick us up at Parking #10, which is easily accessible by shuttle just to the left after exiting the airport. We had to wait an additional 25 minutes for another couple, but that's okay🤷 I would have given 4.5* for customer service as the communication was very good! Except I would have liked to speak in French 🤪 I recommend you to my friends 😊

Eyes Open!

The only thing I found challenging in this as a first time user was the entrance is inconspicuously marked. Other than that, the guys running it were pros and communicated easily. Car found in good order. An uncovered lot, so you have to think about sun and dust, but all in all a very good experience.

Extremely disappointing

Absolutely unprofessional....haywire I was charged 20.00 for the outbound shuttle and 20.00 for the return....the parking is ridiculous....I will never do business with them again....avoid!!!! Others who rode with us on the return had to take an Über....unreliable as a shuttle and very complicated to understand....

Awful experience

I arrived at 6000 Royalmount, which first off isn’t correct on maps you have to navigate it yourself. Then as I’m entering the parking lot gates I’m greeted by a man blocking the gates with his van, he walks up to me and tells me I need a paper copy of my receipt (never mentioned in any confirmation email I received), I didn’t have one so he wouldn’t allow me into the locked-secured parking I paid for. I had to leave my car in the front opened parking lot of the building on a main road for 2 weeks, I was in a rush as I had to catch a flight so I couldn’t argue with these people. This was an awful experience and my entire trip I was worried about my cars safety. I paid for absolutely nothing and conveniently they enforce a very strict “no refund policy”. I have been in contact with their team and told them my story and nothing came out of it. I highly do not recommend this parking business if you care for your vehicle at all.

Parking review

Good, worth money, good people and service, the only issue is location and traffic during rush hours which may affect shuttle tuning

Autoparc RM Montreal Airport - shuttle service scam

We booked parking at Autoparc RM Montreal Airport (YUL) in advance and received a confirmation email with a QR code, booking details, and payment receipt. Nothing indicated that a printed copy was required. On the day of our flight, the shuttle arrived on time, but the driver refused to take us unless we provided a printed payment receipt. Showing the email and screenshots wasn’t enough. With only 3.5 hours before our international flight, we were taken back to our car and nearly had to find alternative parking. After a stressful argument, the driver finally called the company to verify our booking and let us on the shuttle, but warned we’d need printed proof again on return. This caused unnecessary stress throughout our trip, and we ended up taking a taxi back instead. Although the parking lot was advertised as locked overnight, it wasn’t, and anyone had access. Thankfully, our car was still there, but the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Would not use this service again.

Good Value

The wait time for the shuttle is a bit long, 45 minutes. The driver to the airport was friendly and accommodating while the driver from the airport was rude and drove like a madman.

Had to wait at the airport 1h 45 minutes for a shuttle …

A good deal

The directions can be confusing. Google maps takes you to the wrong side of the building where there is no lot, so maybe a link to click on for the exact map spot would help. The shuttle came when they said it would. The phone calls were sometimes a bad connection. The service was good and I would book again.
