Welcome to the hotel. Please pull up directly to the main entrance for our 24/7 Valet Service. Show your reservation voucher to the valet attendant to receive your parking ticket, and then you can unload your luggage.

Transfer
After unloading your bags, please wait for the next available complimentary shuttle. The shuttle runs 24/7 and departs every 30 minutes to take you over to your terminal.

Return
For your return trip, the complimentary shuttle picks up at Federal Circle 24/7 every 30 minutes. Please call 718-322-7500 as soon as you arrive at Federal Circle so we can head your way for the pickup.

Easy in and out

It was very quick and easy to drop off my car. The shuttle was waiting when I arrived and was able to take me to my terminal. However, I did not want to wait for the shuttle during my return, so I took a taxi back to the hotel. I was able to request my car from the taxi and it was waiting for me when I arrived.

Pretty good parking experience

The valet parking service was very good. With a manual transmission car, we were concerned, but everyone knew how to drive one safely. Somewhere in the process, having a estimation of travel time from hotel to JFK would have been helpful. To be safe, next time, we'll plan for 1 hour travel time between hotel & JFK terminals. The 30 minutes we planned for ended up with us missing our flight. On the return we took a taxi from JFK to the airport and was there in 25 minutes.

A NIGHTMARE!

Shuttle took a very long time to arrive. When it finally arrived at JFK, all luggage was loaded. But, only one person in our family was allowed to get in the shuttle. The other 3 had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the next shuttle to arrive. Arrival time for The shuttle was supposed to be 15-20 minutes. I waited over 40 minutes. Another family waited well over 1 hour. The amount of cars stopped in front of the main entrance made it very difficult to load my car. Zero help from staff to regulate illegally parked cars. Overall… A NIGHTMARE!

The shuttle bit of this was a mess. I had to Uber back to the hotel. Getting ahold of anyone was literally impossible and I was very upset by this since I paid quite a bit of money for it.
