Great Customer Service. Made coming home from vacation less painful.

Great experience! Easy parking, and hassle free and everything was smooth. Highly recommend! I would definitely use it again

We left our car in the lot from Thursday until Tuesday. Our expectation was that we would get our car back in the same condition that we left it. Upon our return, the car was covered in dirt on the outside, which is fine. Maybe it was under a tree or something. Upon closer inspection, the back two rear windows had been left open, a family of raccoons had been all over the interior of my car. They broke into my center console. They ate a full bag of cough drops and some souvenir chocolates that we had. They left paper trash all over my car, and muddy raccoon footprints all over the car. Also half eaten sticky disgusting cough drops everywhere. We brought this to ARB‘s attention and they did absolutely nothing except offering us a car wash. A $15 car wash is not going to make up for this. The inside of the car smelled like urine. I couldn’t tell whether there was poop in the car or whether it was squished chocolate. My guess is that it was feces. I filled out a complaint form and nothing came of it. It’s been 48 hours and we have not heard from management, even though we emailed photos of the interior and exterior of the car.

Once we got to this establishment and paid, the shuttle drove us and the other passengers to JFK. He drove to a terminal that wasn’t ours and told everyone that they had to get out. When we informed the driver that we weren’t flying out of terminal five he told us that it was too bad and we had to get out. Me in a wheelchair, my partner, and two kids and all of our luggage were forced to get out of the shuttle, having no idea where we were in the freezing cold. We finally getting to our own terminal (we ended up making our flight because it happened to be delayed). The experience was terrible. When he got back a week later, we watched as the person getting our car from the lot, hit into another car, scratching it up.

My family returned from Barbados on Monday, February 16th. We landed at JFK at approx 9:30pm. We called ARB and the person that answered was completely rude. First thing out of their mouths was so you have your bag. We said not yet and they HUNG UP!! We called back at 9:44pm, once we had our bags and they said how many people. We are a family of 5. They told us we would have to give the driver an extra $7 for the extra person. Total SCAM. The driver didn't show up until 45 MINUTES LATER!! It took them 45 MINUTES for less than 1 mile ride. We were furious!!! Driver said there was traffic. Such Bull. When we get to the lot, the blocked our car and could not get out for another 10 minutes. We still had a 2 hour drive to get home. The workers were just sitting around drinking coffee and eating. LAZY!! NEVER AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They should get zero on all rating categories!!

ARB is conveniently located near JFK. Good shuttle service, responsive and reasonable daily rates. They've always taken good care of our cars. Would recommend.

It wasn't difficult to find. The car wasn't damaged at pick up. The shuttle was efficient and timely. The dispatcher cooked up with a new pick up location because of construction. They should invest in a new shuttle. It's old and smells terribly. Drive helped with bags.

Filty location, glass bottles & trash in the lot. We waited well over an hour for our pick-up! We kept calling, they wouldn't pick up the phone. They couldn't tell me what my balance was upon arriving to park, I guessed & wound up paying more than the balance was. Will there be a refund?? I doubt it. Communication was very poor. Didn't quite understand English. When we pulled away from the lot, the back door of van was open.

ARB is reliable and affordable parking at JFK. Shuttle service is good. Only issue is they charge $5 extra per day for even small SUV.... beware¡!!¡!

Spent an absurd amount of money to park here. Guy at front desk knows exactly 4 words in English. Kept claiming the shuttle would be there in 2 to 5 minutes, it took over 30 for the shuttle to come to take us to the airport. When I landed back in JFK, I called the shuttle at 6:02. They said it’ll be there in about 15 minutes. Fast-forward to 630. I called them and they say I’ll be there in 5 to 7 minutes, when I call again at 6:40 they say it’ll be there in 5 to 7 minutes when I call again at 6:50. They say it’ll be there in 5 to 7 minutes When I call at seven they say it’ll be there in 5 to 7 minutes. Didn’t show up until 718. Once he did show up and we were all in the van, he refused to leave because he was convinced that there were more people we were waiting for, but the shuttle was full regardless… took us a solid 15 minutes to convince him that even if somebody else did show up, there was no place for them in the shuttle. When we finally did get back, over an hour and a half after we were supposed to, I found the state of my car. completely disgusting. Impossible to remove sap everywhere, dirt and nastiness wherever I looked. it almost looks like they intentionally made it dirty. I’ve never seen a car this dirty before in my life. If you want to save your money and heartache, stay the hell away from this place

This parking lot is ideally situated to fly in to and out of JFK. Their shuttle service is very convenient. We didn't have to wait long. They provide good customer service.

Well organized and prompt attention. This made getting to and from the airport no hassle.

convenient location, false advertisement on pricing , rude attendants booked online, paid deposit - arrived and was advised since we were using card there would be an upcharge - it was 6am and did not have time to run to ATM for cash so had to suck up being upcharge almost $100! shuttle took about 30 mins to pick us up when we arrived back to JFK. my daughter accidentally left her bag on shuttle coming back, we called to inquire and were hung up on - very rude ! will not use ever again

Could improve customer service!

The lot is small, but my experience of parking with them was seamless. The staff is great and so is the shuttle service. Very smooth -- I will definitely use them again on my next upcoming trip.
