Oversized vehicles are subject to an additional charge of $10 per day, payable directly at the lot.
If your stay extends beyond your scheduled reservation end date or time, the additional balance will need to be paid at checkout based on the posted rates at the lot.
Shuttle Information
Arrival:
Upon arrival, please present a copy of your reservation on your smartphone. This is a valet facility, so you will be required to leave your keys with the staff. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your desired shuttle departure to allow time for unloading and to receive your parking ticket.
Transfer:
Shuttle runs, 24/7 and departs every 30 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis to John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Return:
Airport pick-ups are on demand, For shuttle assistance, please call 718-322-2300. Pickup is located at Federal Circle; look for the white van with DoubleTree signage.
Traffic Update:
Renovation works are starting at JFK which means entry to the airport may take longer, especially in busy seasons. Many of the existing roadways are getting torn up, which will undoubtedly lead to traffic jams. Please plan accordingly and try to be at the location at least 3 hours prior to your flight.
