Everything went fantastic My only frustration was when I made my second phone call to confirm that we had our baggage and were ready for pickup I could not understand the person’s directions as to where to meet the driver. I then handed my phone over to my wife and she could not understand the directions, Then I stopped a young person who was just walking by and it even took him a few minutes to figure out the instructions Other than the confusion I will use your services again Thx John

I’m glad I found this parking option

Just came across this parking option and wasn’t 100% sure initially, but gave it a chance. I gotta tell you I am telling everybody about this service because not only isn’t a great deal, but the service is amazing.. The process was incredibly quick and I loved how they gave you the personal service of dropping you at your terminal and picking you up at your terminal in your car. I will absolutely use the service moving forward every time.

Excellent Experience

I was leary when learning of this carpark. But very reasonable priced excellent service. Could improve relaying messages that return driver asked to let us know He was running about 10 min behind. Reason car being washed as dusty being parked for 3 weeks Great surprise Thank you. Will definitely use again better than Park and Fly except vehicle is not in locked area

Disappointed upon Return

Arriving was great. Driver helped with luggage and drop off was good. Waited over 35 mins when returned. No notification they were running behind and going to be late. Had to call twice. No apology from the driver or any help loading the luggage when he finally came. I realize it can be busy, but an apology goes a long way.

Need more drivers

Drivers were very friendly unfortunately it took them 40 minutes to come and pick us up once we arrived and called. That was leaving us standing waiting for them . Other customers that were standing with us were very frustrated . I just think they were under staffed

Good value for the price, but poor customer service.

Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes. And be ready to drive the valet agent back and forth to Fasken Drive. EVEN IF THERE IS NO SPACE IN YOUR CAR!!

Economical and effective

We found this through a third party the day before our flight. That was the only glitch as the info had not been transmitted through in a timely manner. However, the receptionist took our info and set up the account. The drivers were courteous and safe drivers. We anticipated having to drive back to the site at the end of the trip to drop the driver but that was unnecessary (this time).

Easy To Use

Fantastic service! Booking on the One Stop Parking site was very easy and straightforward. Park4u gave clear directions, and the drivers were prompt for both drop-off and pick-up. Highly recommend One Stop Parking and Park4u and will definitely be using and recommending them again!

Excellent service. Pickup and drop off were effortless. So nice to be driven the last leg of the trip and get help with baggage. Literally waiting right outside the gate when we landed

Convenient way to park

So much easier than having to take a shuttle and carry your luggage on and off a bus. Staff were polite and helpful.

Customer service communication lacking.

I accidently clicked I was ready for pick up so called and told them I would contact when I was through customs. She said ok but they proceeded to continually call me on the phone (which went unnoticed as unknown numbers are silenced on my phone). I called again to say I was not ready and she said ok, call when you are and I continually had missed calls. So I finally had a minute and changed it to answer the call and the person on the other end was rude saying they had already attended and left, even though I had called at least twice to tell them the situation. Drivers were nice, but the male party was dismissive and had a lot of attitude.

Easy Airport Parking

The service was excellent! They send the shuttle within 10 minutes after I called when I was ready to be picked up!
