Quick shuttle ride to BWI. Friendly and professional service.

The lot is well lit. There are shady areas. Shuttle was timely.

The DoubleTree parking lot was easy to access, the hotel staff was very familiar with the process and the shuttle was very timely and quick. Very easy to use, and great rates!

Great service and convenient location

The shuttle never showed up when I returned and I shared an Uber with people who waited an hour for the shuttle before I arrived.

Process was straight forward, get there, get to the counter, present the email, fill out their form, get the rear view mirror tag, park and leave via shuttle. Now, their lot was quite full so needed to drive around a bit to find a parking at the corner of the lot. On way back, had to wait a bit for the shuttle - maybe about 10 min. not too bad. Driver was friendly and took me right up to the parked car. I did not drop off nor picked up the car in late night/early morning so YMMV. Overall, if I have to fly out of BWI again, I will probably use this service. It is cheaper than long term parking lot and probably quicker to get from/to the airport from parking.

This parking spot is the best-kept secret in the BWI parking business! Cheaper! Safe! Clean! Shuttle to the airport as well as to the train! Plus, as a bonus, you get excellent customer service!! Pleasant in-house service! Drivers are just awesome! You cannot go wrong! What are you waiting on to book your parking here?? Just do it!

This was such a great experience! Thank you for making my "travel life" easier and cheaper! The only issue was locating where to wait for the shuttle at the airport. I found out that it is Space # 48-49. It is a good idea to share that information on the parking ticket! Other than that, everything was great! See you again soon! Thanks.

I parked uncovered at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel lot for 5 days. Front Desk concierges were very gracious. (Don't forget to stop in the lobby and obtain the paper hangtag for your vehicle) No problems.

I have been parking my Jeep at Doubletree for several flights from BWI over the last several years. My vehicle has been safe, the Doubletree employees have been courteous and helpful. The shuttle trip is quick. When I returned this time, the shuttle was waiting right outside the door. The driver said so many flights had been delayed that he was waiting for passengers as most flights out had been canceled. I will definitely use Doubletree again.

There was no sense of being quick. We had to wait for service just to park our cars with others checking in to the hotel. No communication of staff. The shuttle left without us, even after waving him down. Waited for him to come back. He had cut his finger and could barely help lifting our bags into shuttle. The driver was rude. Coming back from our trip we called the number and waited at the door listed. We waited and waited. Another local hotel driver was nice enough to pick us up and take us to our cars. I will not use this hotel at all again.

Had a great experience. The process was easy from the check-in process at the hotel to the shuttle ride to the airport. I will definitely use this service again.

I exited the airport at midnight. I waited outside the terminal for over an hour for the shuttle and it never came. It is supposed to leave every thirty minutes. I called the hotel twice and I was waiting in the correct location. I saw shuttle buses from every other hotel in the area, but not the Doubletree I had to Uber to the hotel to pick up my car. Not happy.

Exceptional parking experience. This was my first time parking outside of the official BWI lots, and I will definitely be a returning customer. The hotel was easy to locate, and the shuttle service was incredibly fast both ways. The drivers were also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this service for airport parking.
