We've used the Sheraton Hotel and Resorts near the BWI Airport many times for shuttle service to the BWI airport, and I can't say enough great things about our experiences. This last time, my car battery was dead when we returned from a 6-day trip at 12:30 AM. Charles, the shuttle driver went totally above and beyond to help us. He was tenacious to help us and stayed with us while continuing to do his job there at the Hotel. I highly recommend this Hotel for any service they may offer!!.

The price can't be beat for the service and convenience of the hotel for the shuttle to and from BWI Airport. We've used this service 5 times in the bast 8 months and again next month. Staff including the shuttle service is top notch and we don't have a worry about where to park or shuttle to and from the hotel. Highly recommend!

Sadly things did not go well on returning at airport and awaiting hotel shuttle to pick up car. Shuttle bus took 35 minutes and 2 phone calls , driver dropped us off at front of hotel so we had to pull/carry luggage around outside of hotel to our vehicle, passing over multiple steps , sloping road. When I asked how long we would have to wait for shuttle , the hotel would not say other than "will get to us as soon as possible " ! We used this Sheraton Parking service before and the service was fine, from timely airport curbside arrivals pick up right and drop off right to where our car was parked at rear of the Sheraton hotel. Sadly this time was not good at all.

I called up there to renew my parking because it was going to lapse and he said I had to pay all the way until Sunday or a Monday when all I need was one more day and that would’ve been me leaving on a Saturday so I had to pay extra days just for 12 more hours because my flight got delayed in Vegas my opinion I wish I could get a credit or at least like cop cause I would like a good experience at that hotel it looks very nice never in my life. Have I been able to be in a place like that before?

Will reserve again if I fly from Baltimore.

I've been using OneStopParking for over 10 years and I don't hesitate to use Sheraton's facilities. Staff are always polite and friendly any time of the day or night. Location is easy to get to, clean, I feel secure, and the shuttle staff are always friendly and quick to assist. Great place!

Shuttle transport is timely, drop off and pick up. The parking in the back does require a few extra minute for drop off and a walk around the building to get to the shuttle pick up when the back door is locked (early in the morning)

Well we still had all 4 tires on the car when we returned, last time in January we came and saw a car that had its tires stolen.

Parked car in Rear Lot with ample spaces. Snowed previously; no problem getting out. Very timely late pickup at airport; 11:45 PM. Experienced drivers, both ways. Easy paperwork at Front Desk! Will return for next trip!
