We were recently on a 15 day trip. The shuttle drivers both going and returning were very kind and helpful. The check in process was a little confusing, but nothing outrageous.

Lady at front desk very unprofessional should not be in that line of work.

Convient and great pick up times. Lobby desk has great customer service. Safe location.

Delayed shuttle and hectic front desk

I'm 78 years old and had never used my cell camera to scan. The desk person was abrupt and rushed through the instructions. Not like my previous experience at Westin. That desk person was very patient and kind. It was a different process in Nov of 25. I'll know the how to for the future and hopefully will not have to ask for assistance.

Great overall experience. The initial signup is a little tricky when you arrive at the front desk but overall everyone was helpful and professional. I would use Westin again for offsite parking.

Ample parking available, and the staff was wonderful when I checked in they were able to guide me through the check-in process drivers were great going to and from the airport

It was the cheapest I can find

It says shuttle service on demand, but it’s not. To get to the airport the shuttle goes every 30mins, no exceptions. Also the bus gets full apparently, so you ought have to wait for the next ride for 30mins again. That’s an hour of wasted time waiting for a shuttle. The on call rides are only when you return from airport, which no one tells you to call & request the ride back. So me & my kids stood there @ the shuttle bus stop waiting for the Westin shuttle in the cold. It was not fun experience. When I called I was out on hold 3 times lol. The customer service was nonchalant & like they couldn’t care less. Once I was @ the place tho, everything went smoothly & once the shuttle arrived & the passengers all fit, everything was ok as well.

Well lit parking lot - well kept, spacious lobby - helpful desk clerk - Drivers were professional and on time

Not a lot to say here, but it's a very good option for parking while keeping close to the parking lot. Each of the staff we shuttled with were friendly and timely.

Booked online- no issues at all upon arrival! Everything was super easy and no stress!

Thank fully there was someone who didn't make the shuttle and we got onboard, however, the sheraton didn't tell me they were full on the shuttle and we almost wouldn't have made our flight in time, even after being there 2.5 hours ahead.

The shuttle was on schedule. We did call for pickup and drop off times to confirm. Didn't wait more than 10-15min and that was due to us being early

We have been utilizing the Westin Parking services for over 15 years. It has been secure, safe and very pleasant environment. The shuttle is efficient, clean the drivers are so nice . We Love parking here; to be honest we choose BWI just to park here. FYI We never stayed here must do that cause the food smells delicious.

Perfect All Around.

I’ve parked at Westin several times before and it’s always the same: easy to get from Westin parking to airport but the return pickup from the airport back to Westin parking as usual was poor. This time on top of the shuttle being slow to get there, the front desk at Westin was slow to answer the phone and he gave me the wrong pickup spot —and argued with me about it—so I wound up waiting nearly an hour. Among other things they need more drivers and better communication skills. Pickup at BWI is uneven, and usually puts a bad ending on an otherwise nice vacation.
