Shuttle Information
Arrival
Upon arrival, proceed directly to the 2nd Level of the parking garage to find an empty spot.
IMPORTANT: You must park on the 2nd Level only. Do not park on the 1st level, or your vehicle will be removed at the owner's expense. Once parked, please have your reservation ready to present to the shuttle driver.
Transfer
Shuttle service operates 24/7. From 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, the shuttle is complimentary.
Schedule: Shuttles leave at the top of the hour and every half hour (every 30 minutes).
Requirement: Please call 214-494-1744 at least 30 minutes in advance to reserve your space on the shuttle.
Return
After collecting your luggage and arriving at the designated pickup area, please call 214-494-1744 to request your shuttle return.
Wait Time: Shuttles are on-demand based on the 30-minute schedule.
