We had not flown out of the JAX airport in years, but decided to try it and parked off-site. The Wyndham (formerly Crowne Plaza) was convenient to 95 at the airport exit, and was a great parking option. Sandreka at the front desk checked our reservation and explained where to park-even let me throw all my car trash in her lobby waste bin. She was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Our first shuttle driver was very personable, catching me up on Jax. changes, as I had grown up there, long ago. Upon our return, the second shuttle driver answered the phone promptly (number given to me by Sandreka at my departure), was at the curb in 10 minutes as he said, and was also friendly, catching up with both of us having similar aged sons in nearby universities. The drivers were quite efficient and safe on the roads. Will use this parking location again!

Very easy and the shuttle was there very quickly. Parked my own car then on return loaded up and drove off. So simple. The price was also fair.

It's very easy to make the reservation and it's the least expensive parking around. Getting to the airport always seems to be right on track but coming back to the hotel, there's always a lag. The average time is about 30 minutes which is a long time after a long day of travel. Otherwise, it's a good deal and easy to book.

Timely drive to the airport. Getting back to the car, though, always seems to take well over half an hour which is rough if your return flight(s) were miserable. The day driver who has been there for a very long time is super nice! The night time driver(s) could work on their customer service. Not too friendly but they get us back to our car in a timely manner which is what counts. But a hello or a smile would be nice after a rough day of travel. All in all, I’d totally recommend this service. Best price around (for now).

Everything with this stay is easy. Good lot. Plenty of parking spaces. Front desk is nice. The only thing is that it is now a Wyndham property. Keep that in mind. The address is right, but it is no longer the Crowne Plaza. I'll definitely use this location again.

This is my first time parking at cron plaza. Initially, it was unclear where to park and whether I needed documentation in my vehicle. Shuttle service was excellent. Upon returning, there was a ticket on my car, stating that I owed money.Which I found very disconcerting as I had paid him full for this parking session. When I call customer service to rectify the problem, they advise me to come in.After I had left and went back to work. I did receive a correspondent stating that this has been taken care of.

We were not told that upon arrival back to Florida that the pick up was upstairs at post 6! So you have to bring your luggage all the way back up stairs!

Excellent parking lot & shuttle service was awesome especially the return pick up. Will definitely use again.

From the beginning to the end of the process, it was simple and easy. I would definitely use them again. The check-in was fast, the shuttle was on time, the customer service was great and the price as reasonable. Overall, great experience!!
