I booked this lot several months in advance. When I showed up on the day of my flight, I found out that the parking lot is being renovated. It caught me completely off guard and I had to scramble to find another park. I never received any emails or notifications about the closed park. Very bad costumer service!!

Business closed two or three weeks ago yet they took our money. Out at least $9 on the down payment. Pulled into the lot only to find they were closed. Fortunately there was another lot nearby where we were able to park and catch our flight. Do not use this company.

I will be using them all the time now. I arrived at 4:30 am out by 4:40am 2 minute drive to airport. Picked up 5 min after calling just a great experience

Arrived Text the company did not hear this from them for 20 minutes. Call them they said shuttle was down. They brought my car up. Had to take the attendant back to the lot.

It was a great choice the staff was quick and friendly. But, I thought they were closing down???

I’ve parked here several times and never had an issue with my car or getting to the airport in a timely manner. Pricing is good. Very friendly staff. They are very close to the airport, less than 5 minutes.

I suppose you get what you pay for. The van is not marked with the company’s name. It is an old Marriott van that has some advertising for medical marijuana store on it. The driver who took me from the lot to the airport told me I would be picked up at the same place. He dropped me off, which was the southwest departure store. Obviously that wasn’t the place because I saw no vans stopping even though I had texted my ticket number and the word pick up. I called and learned the pick up spot was at the opposite end of the terminal. This caused me a delay of approximately 15 minutes. I could have taken an earlier van had I known where I was supposed to be. Training their employees would be very helpful for their customers. I was bothered by the fact that when I arrived after my return flight, back at the lot, my car was sitting there completely unlocked and running anyone could’ve opened the door and got in and there weren’t enough people at the lot to chase them down. You would think they would just leave the car park there and hand me the key when I get off the driver’s van. Or make me go inside to pick up the key. I should’ve at least had to show my ticket. I feel that the other offsite parking companies, while charging more, provide much better customer service, and a more secure process for my vehicle. This was the first time I parked there and I’m not sure I will be doing it again. By the way, change the address on your website. I found the new location by accident.

They did exactly as advertised. They picked us up in a timely manner and the price was right.

I have parked here multiple times for trips and they are fast and courteous. I will continue to book this lot for all of my travel.

I had a great experience with this Park. I dropped off my car and went to Miami for five days without any worries. When I came back, I just called them and they picked me up from the airport right away. When we arrived, my car was already waiting for me outside, ready to go. Everything was smooth, fast, and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable parking and excellent service.

Convenient, close to airport, ECONOMICAL! My best experience yet, personnel are regular folksy and personable individuals. John Parker is a hoot. Loved it! The van dropped me off at my airlines and when I got back to Florida I called EZ and the van arrived in literally 4 minutes! Highly recommended.

It was a good parking lot. I waited for about 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up but I guess he missed me the 1st time he went around.
