Shuttle Information
Arrival
Drive directly to the Airlynk parking lot and choose an available space. Once you’ve parked, head to the lounge and check in with an available attendant or shuttle driver. There’s no separate check-in desk or reservation line to visit.
Transfer to the Airport
Shuttles run on demand from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Once you’ve checked in, the team will arrange your transfer to the airport.
If you need shuttle service before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM, please contact Airlynk at least 24 hours in advance (904-232-8350) to arrange your transfer.
Return from the Airport
When you return to Jacksonville, use Airlynk’s on-demand shuttle (904-232-8350) to get back to the parking lot and your vehicle. Regular shuttle service is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
For pickups before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM, please arrange your shuttle with Airlynk at least 24 hours in advance.
