Best Place to Park

Have been using this company to fly out of Cleveland for 4 years. They are always right there on time to pick you up and get you to the airport. You never have to wait for them long at all once you call that your flight has arrived for them to take you back to your car. The best most polite drivers. Thank you

I was a little unsure of the entrance. The sign being on the sliding gate may be more effective. Their sign was very noticeable. The staff answered my call promptly. The ride was quick and comfortable to the airport. I will use them again when the need arrises.

I loved my experience

I had difficulty finding the location but unsure if that was due to me being tired or me being unsure due to it being 4:30am. The gentleman was waiting and ever so kind. He then took me to the hotel and gave me instructions on what to do when I return . The gentleman that picked me up after my flight home was kind and waiting for me. After a long day of travel it was great. Would recommend this lot any day and SO very thankful they transport to the airport for the first flight of the day. I’ve actually recommended the lot to a friend already!

Looks sketchy, but great customer service

To be honest, traveling alone, early in the morning and late at night, this parking lot made me extremely uneasy. Low lighting, weeds popping up all over the asphalt, no business logo on the shuttle vans, no uniform or name tag for drivers.. That being said, both young men were extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. I really wish they put some funds into their presentation because they deserve the business if people are willing to give them a chance.
