The shuttle van was a rattle trap. The seat belts were not functional. The window in the swinging entrance side door was held in with duct tape. The electric locks were popping on and off constantly throughout both trips to and from airport.

I had a very disappointing experience with this parking service. The biggest issue was the lack of communication — no one answers the phone when you call for the shuttle, which is extremely frustrating when you’re trying to get to or from the airport on time. Additionally, the website advertises a ‘free ride to the airport,’ yet drivers ask for a mandatory $10 gratuity. A tip should be optional, not expected or pressured, especially when the service is promoted as free. Overall, unreliable communication and misleading information make this a service I would not recommend.

Second time the shuttle made me wait over an hour on my return. Second time I needed to hire a $40.00 taxi to take me back to lot. Gave the front desk an opportunity to have someone contact me to make it right - they never did - so here is my review.

Lot and Hotel Very Safe Area. Have used this Lot twice for one week and 2 weeks and received impeccable service. Car was safe. Shuttle two and from Airport is fast and Ali is very friendly, the driver.

No one at the front desk when we arrived at 2:00 pm. Several spots in parking lot with broken glass The “shuttle” van was VERY dirty and old, in horrible condition. Had a sign on the door that said a $10 tip is required for complimentary shuttle rides. Seemed a little odd to require a tip. We would have tipped anyways but just seemed weird and rude

After arriving, I was told the bus was full and instead of every 30 minutes like the email stated, the bus ran 45 minutes. So I had to pay for an uber. Once I arrived I called the shuttle number 10 TIMES, so I can be picked up, NO ANSWER! Went straight to busy tone. Waited at the airport just to see if the shuttle would arrive so I wouldn’t have to pay for another uber. And guess what? I did!! I arrived back at the hotel to ask what was going on, where is the shuttle. And all I got was poor eye contact with “sorry I’m on the phone with maintenance” what’s the purpose of using the hotel to park there if the shuttle wasn’t available! No sorry, no partial credit, no remorse!

Shuttle was in lousy condition..I mean really lousy. But hey, it beats waiting for 2 hours at the airport after a long flight

Shuttle home never happened. Our flight back was delayed for 3 hours. Website said shuttle ran till 11PM. I called as soon as possible when landing at 10:30. I was told pickup will be within 30 minutes. It never came. I called and was told the driver went home and we had to call Uber and pay to pickup our car

The absence of a shuttle service impacted our parking, requiring us to seek other transport options.

I did not realize that I needed to call to have the shuttle dispatched. I waited for over an hour at the airport for the shuttle to come by and that never happened. So I finally called. They’re like oh yeah you should’ve called to let us know… Sigh. But overall, everything went well.

One stop parking app great. Locations great. We used app multiple times. Problem is communicating the location on pick up. We know where we need to be. Each terminal has two courtesy pick up area's. We have one in the entry of terminal and one at the exit of terminal. We say, pick us at the courtesy pick up at the exit side of say terminal D. They should know this. They asked for a gate. We are closest too gate such and such. They act like that doesn't make since. We never got picked up by the place we parked at. One of the other hotel shuttles that had been by several times said they would drop us off. We waited for a hour plus. They texted after we got to are vehicle where we were. Of coarse we told them what happened.

The hotel is not far from the airport and I found parking for less than four bucks a day. It's not covered, but for that price, I was willing to take the risk. The shuttle drivers are the nicest people. You have to check in at the front desk and fill out a form (even though I booked it online). While I stood there filling out the form, the front desk clerk was handling the phone calls by hitting buttons on the phone to transfer the call instead of picking them up to answer. As it turns out, that is likely the reason I couldn't get through to the front desk when we came back from our trip and needed the shuttle. It would ring a few times and then a busy signal. I had to call several times before someone picked up. When you've been travelling all day and need to call for the shuttle, this is a bit frustrating. All in all, it wasn't too bad and I suppose we got what we paid for.

Easy and convenient. Drops you right at the door for much less than airport parking. Shuttles run just like airport shuttles.
