Shuttle Information
Arrival:
Upon arrival, please park behind the hotel and proceed to the front desk to check in. Please present your reservation confirmation so your vehicle can be registered for parking and shuttle service.
Transfer:
Shuttle service to the airport operates primarily on demand, with an average frequency of approximately every 30 minutes. Shuttle service is available from 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to Midnight. There is no shuttle service between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM or between Midnight and 4:30 AM.
Return:
Airport return pick-ups are on demand. Pick-up are at airport location 7, 48, and 60. Upon arrival at the designated zone, customers must call the hotel to request shuttle pick-up. Shuttle frequency may vary slightly depending on traffic and demand, so customers are encouraged to allow extra time during peak travel periods.
